Brilliant service and excellent quality products
I was dubious to use this company as they appeared after a search on Google, however I was very impressed with their product, their customer service and the added little touches they give.
Before ordering a belt I emailed them to ask about sizing, they replied promptly and advised me what what what.
I then ordered the belt but hadn’t read the email in full so when it arrived I had ordered the wrong size. I emailed again and they were very kind, saying they would set aside the right size for me and would dispatch once I’d returned the wrong size.
It was my error and only cost me the postage to return which was fair.
They sent out the replacement without delay and included in the box is a little pin badge.
The belt itself is really good quality leather with a sturdy buckle, and finished nicely with a metal emblem.
I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.
