This shop gives excellent service !

This shop gives excellent service !
I bought a Smokey Bandit Eastwood, which is a great pellet smoker in design, but it had a faulty controller.
I could not connect it over bluetooth or Wifi.
I mailed Sven from Low 'n' Slow, and even on sundays he gave instant feedback.
Eventually, without having to push it, a new controller was sent and arrived after just 4 days, with (easy) replacement instructions. The issue was immediately solved then. Now let's smoke it !
Great and quick service, shop owned by a companion BBQ fanatic ;-)
