I emailed them 8 times. I telephoned them 9 times.
No one ever answered the phone so waste of time contacting them. I had just one email reply.
They say on the web site that you will be notified once the package has been despatched (no ).
Basically they are almost non contactable and they just don’t care. Customer service is non existence.
Absolutely frustrating annoying and personally stressful.
However cheap they maybe I would rather go to M&S and pay a higher price. Never again will I purchase from them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM you have been warned
Bought from here a few times. It really is cheap and the goods are perfect. Cannot fault it in anyway. The delivery is pretty fast too.
