Lowrance makes so many different…

Lowrance makes so many different versions of the same item it's very difficult to determine which version you need. My local sporting goods store dropped Lowrance for roughly the same reason. They'd stock a given item that was touted as the newest of some item and 6 months later Lowrance was pushing a newer version of that item. Hard for retailers and even harder for customers

Warranty

Had a power issue with a new unit Excellent company & customer service they stand behind their product and replaced the unit quickly for me .I Have been a customer for over 30 years purchased many units along the way

I received the wrong item

I received the wrong item. I requested item 000-12244-001 but received item 000-14583-001. Now I have to go through the trouble of sending an e-mail after spending time on two calls trying to correct the mistake. All other items were the correct items and the shipping time was quick. Please slow down and insure items requested match items being sent out.

Customer service is terrible

Customer service is terrible. I sat on the phone over thirty minutes just to get a rude individual with no answers to a simple question. That was when will I receive my part ordered. It stated 3-5 business days but I hadn’t received any shipping information so I was just asking. After asking why so short with customers he hung up on me. Seems to be the norm from the tevie s I e read which is sad seeing y’all have such an amazing product.

* You sold me an item that had been…

* You sold me an item that had been discontinued and it took a week to get resolved, sort of.
* There is no one to talk to for online or phone orders, you must email & they are always 1-2 days to respond.
* In general, Lowrance, which I regarded as a well-known global company, now has a diminished level of customer service equal to a drive though liquor store.

Purchased 12” Lowance HDC Depth finder

Purchased 12” Lowance HDC Depth finder. Purchased Lowance Active Live. I Called Lowance and asked if the Active Live would mount onto my Minnkota spot lock with GPS. They reassured me yes. Not true. Because the way the spot lock locks into the cradle on deck . I could not use the mounting bracket supplied. Additionally the bracket supplied to mount to the actual trolling mount portion submerged will not work either. This because the fins on this trolling motor is forward of the pole. Half the transducer would be blocked. Disappointed with the time this has been on the market you have not come up with a solution. Because your tech support could not provide one

Great price, u will be happy.

Product arrived fairly quickly but can’t be price. Best I saw online. Turned my old depthfinder that was just sitting in box into a great fish finder for the ice. Couldn’t be happier.
