Wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Appalling company do not order from them, bad attitude and rudeness. Disgusting service.
The jumper was way too small, wouldn’t fit a child, asked to return it and it took weeks for them to reply. The excuse being everybody was on holiday! Offered 30% and to keep it! It may fit my Westie.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The sweater I ordered is too small and the seams are tatty. They want to refund me 30% of what I paid and will let me keep a sweater that doesn’t fit because they have to return it to China!!! It says on the website that they offer a full refund if you’re ’not happy with your purchase’.
Update. They offered me 40% refund. I was in no doubt that I wouldn’t get any further with the complaint so I accepted it. They sent me a 30% refund anyway. Makes me wonder how much these items cost if they can afford to refund 30% and let people keep the clothing? Furious doesn’t even cover it!!!

Do not order from this company. The quality is horrendous. I have sent numerous emails now asking how to return and tried all different points of contact and have just been ignored.

Sent me poor quality set. With dots and marks on that.

Received 2 colt jumpers today and they are nothing like the ones advertised. Awful quality, no labels, wrong fit to that advertised DO NOT ORDER from this company as it is a total rip off!!! What I have received is total rubbish.

SCAM. Awful company. The product came really late and when it arrived the quality was awful!! Didn’t look anything like on the website. No information on how to return and When I emailed multiple times to ask about a return I didn’t hear anything back. I spent £70 and it was a complete waste/ loss! Don’t buy from them

I ordered from this company in November for my friends birthday, her husband had sent me a link for an oversized jumper that she quite liked. I ordered it, it arrived, late I hasten to add. I was not at all happy with what I received, it did not have a label, no wash label and was a completely different fit to that that was advertised.
My friend took one look and said it wasn’t what she had hoped it would be and she too thought it odd that there was not a single label on it.
As every other review on here, I have repeatedly, for 3 months, been offered 30% back and to keep the item.
After 3 months and no resolution despite numerous email exchanges, I find myself out of pocket and my friend with no birthday present.
Absolutely shocking company, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Ordered a coat for my daughters birthday , the coat does not fit , and is like the same material of Santa's red dress up suit yet looks beautiful on website .
I have e mailed them and they keep coming back saying I can keep the coat and they will refund me 30% .
I don't want to keep the coat and I want my full refund .

DO NOT EVER SHOP FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! placed a £78 order, items came and I decided I didn’t want them. Tried to return but was told to keep the products and I’d get a small percentage of my money back. Emailed back saying no I want my full refund. Now they will not reply to my emails after I’ve tried for weeks. Their website says “30 day money back guarentee” this is false and when I asked why I can’t get my full refund they replied back saying that I’d have to return the items back to China which will cost a lot. THATS NOT MY ISSUE I ORDERED FROM YOU your company’s name literally says Loxinova London.

shocking customer service. sent 10 emails and not had one reply. my order doesn't fit and i can't get a returns form.
If i don't receive a reply by Monday 22nd January 2024 i will report to the Dept Of Trade and ask them to investigate the company as i believe they are trading fraudulently

I ordered a coat online and I was very disappointed with the bad quality and how thin the coat was. The pictures showed a thick warm coat and it was nothing like that.Never buying from this company again!

Absolutely awful quality product.
The size was wrong - more crop top than oversize as was advertised.
The quality was shoddy.
I did not even try it on.
Attempted 8 times to get a response from their customer service team in how to return the item and get a full refund.
The best they would offer was 30% refund and keep the garment.
They are now no longer returning my emails.
Wish I’d come to Trustpilot before buying.
All I can say is DON’T go there.
Utter rubbish and dreadful customer service!

Please do not buy from this fraudulent company. I was fooled by one of the items I purchased as a Christmas gift and believe me the product looked nothing like the description nor the picture. It's the cheapest cheapest version of any item they sell. When you complain they ask you to send them a picture which is ridiculous as they know well what they sent. Then they come back to you apologising for the inconvenience and offer you a patial refund of 30% and you can keep the cheap item which made me more angry. My issue is still ongoing and I m waiting for my full refund otherwise I ll take it further!!!

Absolutely discusting that this company is allowed to trade on this platform. Expecting goods to arrive from their shop in London, i then noticed the item was coming from china. It arrived today and to be blunt, the quality was that poor I wouldn’t give it to a charity shop with embarrassment. Yet again it appears they have taken money from another customer as i have found NO way of contacting them. Get these BANNED.

I was dubious, as the item looked lovely on the website and was described as cashmere mix. For £35, I'm not sure what I expected! The item arrived within a few weeks and the quality of the item makes it suitable for cleaning the bath, at a push. It was a loose-fit jumper but it would only be loose on a 4 year old child. DO NOT buy from this company. I have been offered a 30% refund but I am not accepting this. I will gladly pursue a refund through my bank account if they refuse to refund me. At the time of writing, with 7 reviews at 1*, the score would be 1, not 2.3.

Over one week on, they are still suggesting a 30% refund OR I can return the item to China for a full refund. I am suggesting that they refund in full as their website is misleading, making out they are based in the UK and they follow UK laws.

AVOID. Website states you can get a full refund if you don’t ‘love’ the product. Sizing was incredibly off, awful quality. I have been emailing them for 23 days and still not been resolved. Obviously telling me I would have to return to China.. as other reviews have stated.
