I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. They never pay you for the money earned even after a year. They expect you to keep making money for them without pay. If you try to close your account they will keep whatever money they owe you. I want no parts of this industry after working with these scammers.

As a content creator I was looking for an alternative to Fanvue, because their customer service is really slow. Just to clarify a simple issue they blocked my account for 5 days. My fans thought I abandoned them.

With Loyalfans the support is very fast, and the website is very easy to use and very professional. They are one of the very few platforms that have its app to install on smartphone. With the app, Loyalfans ist really fun to use and to text with the community. They even provide apps for the computer to easily upload new content.

So far I am really impressed! 🤩

Worst, waste of time

If I could give them Zero Stars, I would. I've used this site for years. I asked a model named Naomi Swann if she could make me a 1 minute audio clip awhile ago. She said she would for 75 dollars. The problem is, she's rarely on Loyalfans because she has an Onlyfans account. 3 weeks ago I saw she was on Loyalfans so I messaged her again to see if she could record it. She said "Yeah, if I sent her the money right now." So I sent the 75 dollars, waited 3 weeks and she hasn't sent me the audio clip or even logged on since then because I sent her 2 messages after that and it wasn't read yet. I notified Loyalfans Support and asked for a refund and a supervisor named Alyssa said that she wouldn't get involved even though I sent screenshots of the conversation. They wouldn't even give me store credit. DO NOT USE LOYALFANS AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NAOMI SWANN. THEY DON'T PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WHEN YOU "TIP" THESE MODELS, THERE'S NO WAY TO LEAVE A COMMENT TO SAY WHAT YOU'RE GIVING THEM MONEY FOR. EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE SCREENSHOTS, THEY'LL TREAT YOU AS IF YOU'RE GIVING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AWAY TO PEOPLE JUST TO BE NICE. LUCKILY FOR ME, I FILED A LAWSUIT AGAINST ANOTHER MODEL FROM ANOTHER SITE SO MY LAWYER IS GOING TO HANDLE THIS FOR ME ALSO CAUSE HIRING AN ATTORNEY FOR 75 DOLLARS DOESN'T MAKE SENSE. HE SAID I'LL BE GOOD SINCE I STILL HAVE THE SCREENSHOTS SO I JUST WANTED TO WARN EVERYONE TO BE CAREFUL.

They say that they place a hold for shoutouts. That is a complete lie. One day after the seven days was up I asked for a review, and they gave an excuse about emailing the content provider. It wasn’t until I asked again for a refund and said that I would get my refund that it was excepted. We will see if I even get my video. Won’t be using them ever again. Very shady.

Paid for a subscription. Money went off my account but I was still not subscribed. I then tried to contact Customer Care and they insist it did not go through yet the money was clearly paid from my account.

I feel like this site is a scam.

So far, I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Their support team answers quickly, and they're friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy reading the little tidbits on their blog. Their features and discoverability work well for me, and the other members have been friendly to me.

Seeing these other reviews does worry me, but I like to go by my own experiences first and foremost. And so far, I have zero complaints.

This has the potential to be my new favorite site. I'm only a month in, and I'm loving it.

Customer service is non-existent and full of models who abuse the shoddy moderation system to force you into paying to even watch a public livestream.

All I can say is the moment I attempted payment for my 'wallet'for a tiny sum with a perfectly legitimate card in credit my well known UK Bank Issued a fraud alert and freezing my card.
Asking me if it was truly me that had tried to send a tiny sum to Loyal Fans.
This has so put me off Ive had second thoughts about purchasing from them what I was going to purchase and will now allow the Banks cancelling of the transaction to stand I hope.I read Im the second Reviewer on here to have this issue,

Can't connect credit card due to fraud alerts by the bank. Customer service sucks and support phone number has nobody answering it. Worst online experience ever. Hope the models aren't getting screwed out of their paychecks on their end. Been submitting requests multiple times but no follow-up on their end and can't reach any real humans to resolve issues.

I am content creator now a month for Loyal Fans - love the site from the first day.
I had absolutely wonderful customer support experience making the account, guidance available for creators, customers and subscribers are protected - meaning, if uou subscribe and content creator ghosts, customers do get automated refund 😀
Also creators are protected and loads of among tools to make interaction a fun and enjoyable experience.
Most understanding for fetish content.
Site is more femdom.
Though I have just started, I already managed to hit the top 20%
And have received amazing support I promoting my site from the loyalfans themselves (the only site that promises you this way 😀)
Only best things to say.
Great alternative also for thise who wants live cam sessions as well.

Just another scam site money goes missing if you are a creator. customer service line goes to nobody... they dont answer you and they always find ways to hold your money for extra long or not pay it.

DON'T EVEN BOTHER MAKING AN ACCOUNT, I SUBSCRIBED TO A CREATOR AND GOT BANNED A FEW MINS LATER FOR NO REASON. I'VE EMAILED SUPPORT BUT THEY WON'T EVEN ANSWER TO ME. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Videos dont stream well. When they do stream, there is constant interruptions. 'Kingkardashian is awful.

After looking at the reviews it makes sence that my bank declines my attemp to subscribe

They take your data and pics but you can't even register, they say pictures are not fine, not even the profile's pictures! And i just posted something similar to other profiles so there seems to be something wrong really, other users' pictures are fine and not mine? How come?

They are scammers, avoid this site at all costs, I worked there for 4 months and they still owe me 100.56 that I earned in october 2022 , when I asked for my last payment they sent me a report of the only payment they did to me after 3 months of hard work, the site is lousy, there are a bunch of freeloaders asking things for free, from monday to friday nothing happens there no matter how hard you try,,, run, terrible site.

they took my money after I've deleted my card, also they don't want to refund me.

stay away, and save your money.
