emails not answered. Phone not answered, put on hold 1st in queue for over 15 mins so hung up. This happens evry time you ring

I have been SCAMMED.
The shipment was not packed well,
The filter shipped with the cylinder has been damaged,
I bought a Campko cylinder and I received an old STEP, approved on 06/2021.
The seller does not respond to emails and does not replace damaged parts.
The purchasing platform was closed 20 days after the transaction.
Impossible to assert my rights because the seller is outside the EU.
Last thing, the Expensive customs duties must be added to the purchase.
My advice is change the seller.

La spedizione non è stata imballata bene,
Il filtro spedito insieme alla bombola si è danneggiato,
Ho acquistato una bombola Campko e mi è arrivata una STEP tra l'altro vecchia, omologata il 06/2021.
Il venditore non risponde alle e-mail e non sostituisce i pezzi danneggiati.
La piattafoma di acquisto è stata chiusa 20 giorni dopo la transazione.
Impossibile far valere i miei diritti perchè il venditore è fuori UE.
Ultima cosa, all'acquisto bisogna aggiungere gli Esosi dazi doganali.
Il mio consiglio è cambiate venditore.
