Sent me the wrong screen. They admitted that they had sent me the wrong screen but have not refunded me despite repeated requests to so. Will have to claim refund from my bank. Awful customer service !!

I ordered a screen, and once I got it installed and the laptop powered on, the screen developed a purple glow around the edges. I installed the screen carefully and tested my original screen to make sure the ribbon cable still worked so it is confirmed a defective screen.

I contacted support with a picture of my defective screen and they were quick to reply and initiated a refund which arrived very quickly without even requiring me to return the screen. I have now reordered after receiving the refund and I hope to receive a perfectly functional screen.

I'd give 5 stars for the customer support alone but I'll keep it at a 4 until I receive a perfectly functioning screen. I will update once I receive and test the reordered screen.

Update: I've received the screen in perfect condition and usability. Everything works fine.

3 weeks to get an lcd and the touchscreen portion didn’t work. Support is kind of weak, asked me to bring it to a repair shop…I am a repair shop?! They did however offer to replace or refund if I could send it back but my customer needed their laptop back and couldn’t wait another month. Pretty disappointed as I had high hopes for this company

delivery within advised timeframe from order acceptance however this was 5 days from order entry on-line. Acceptable for distance and inclusive of standard delivery.

Turned up quickly. Good price. No dead pixels. Works perfectly.

The Company ensured they were sending the correct product. The package was well protected with more than adequate use of bubble wrapping. The package was tracked all the way to its destination. I could not be more satisfied with their service.

Disliked that there is no adhesive with pro screen ..and pic showed a tool kit ..which apparently wasn't included 😕

I ordered the wrong part. ~Two days later I requested cancellation of my order. My order was immediately cancelled without question, and I was refunded promptly. I am extremely grateful for the level of service I was granted by LPScreen. I plan to single-source all relevant products from LPScreen in the future. I wish I could have allocated part of the refund to a tip!

Fantastic customer service, high quality product presentation and labeling. I have no doubts the product that I otherwise would have received was at least as good as OEM-quality.

Warning to all future customers. If your product comes damaged you will be placed in an endless loop of email promises to get a return. I have been waiting almost a month and I seem no closer today to getting a functional screen than the day I notified LPScreen of the issue. I was promised again today it was being sent, we will see.

Screen is good. Tracking shipping was a little hard.

LPScreen had exactly what I needed and their customer service was spot on! It was a little difficult to track the shipment once it arrived in the US, but customer service gave me a link that worked great!

The packaging was phenomenal and the screen was well protected during its travel.

It fit perfectly and functioned flawlessly once installed. If you can wait for shipment from China, it was worth the wait!

I have been sent different model of the screen, not the one I have ordered. It would be helpful to get an email like this:
"the model of the screen you have ordered is not available, but we can offer you another compatible model, would you like it?"
This would be much better, instead of sending compatible model straight away and most likely upsetting the Customer. Screen was returned and I have received a full refund.

I sent back the screen as it didn't fit my laptop and after 2 months they still haven't rufunded me my money.

Screen met expectations and beyond since I was upgrading from a 7 year old tft screen with horrible colour accuracy and wierd resolution compared to the new IPS technology with FULLHD resolution and more accurate colors.

Also the power consumption due to the low power IPS and lower screen resolution is less thus saving battery power. Win Win

No additional adjustments needed for both hardware and calibrating.Thank you

I was really bummed that the screen has lines running through the back of the display that are really distracting. It also is not touch functional. I'm in a rough spot because I need the screen in order to do work so I don't have time to send for another. Just really saddened by this replacement.
