My service has been disgraceful.
I left my property on the 14 of February received an inspection email of which I replied to the same day. I have contacted them every two weeks since then and had no reply I called them last Friday and was told they would contact me over the weekend with an update and here we are no reply again. All the time they have my £1600 deposit. Never deal with Romans

Generally a good firm of Agents however like many today they fail at replying to customers especially when the message is directed to the BOSS !

Zach has been my property manager for a little while, and has done nothing but give an outstanding service, from start to finish.
always been understanding and attentive, while maintaining a professionalism about him at all times.
he's an absolute credit to LRG and the service their striving to deliver.

Jordan and his colleagues fitted my kitchen and I could not recommend them enough. The work was to a high standard and all were very tidy. Jordan answered all my questions and was really helpful throughout. Excellent service and job.

Jordan & Co were fantastic start to finish, communicated very well. We had our whole kitchen replaced, new counters, shelves, tiles, underfloor heating, new appliances, plumbing and lights changed. Great finish!

Highly recommend this company. Firstly you can always get through to talk to someone to make an appointment. The electricians who then turn up are courteous, professional and do a good job. Will was the latest electrician to do some work for us and he was excellent and did a great job.
So pleased l have found this company. It is so good to be able to rely them, rather than waiting for electricians to ring back or never getting replies.

I am really pleased to have found LRG - maybe I should keep it quiet? Jordan and his electrical and plumbing colleagues fitted my kitchen (supplied by Claremont Interiors). They did the fitting and all the decoration including flooring to a really high standard. Seamless communication throughout. During the fitting they did some extra bits and pieces
And since then, I have used them for - well - everything. Including a lovely and long overdue brickwork job. All of them lovely people I was very happy to have working in my home.

LRG carried out a complete ground floor renovation including new kitchen installation, new boiler, new toilet suite, wood flooring and underfloor heating. All works were completed on time as promised and without unforeseen additional costs. We were also advised by our neighbours that the team were very considerate and respectful regarding noise and disruption at all times. Already thinking about the next job with LRG.

I got LRG in for an electrical rewire when I moved into my new house. They went above and beyond and spoke me through everything they were doing. They were very reactive from booking in to the works carried out. I’d highly recommend!

Jordan project managed the installation of our kitchen from a local supplier. This involved removing a wall, plastering, plumbing and electrical work as well as fitting the kitchen. Jordan and the rest of the LRG team worked hard, we were made aware of when work would be timetabled and the job was done ahead of predicted time and to a very good standard. Small issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. We are delighted with the result and very glad that we went with LRG. Based on this we got further electrical work done and were pleased with that also. I would highly recommend their work

Couldn’t recommend LRG enough. Jordan came and serviced our boiler when we moved into our property and ensured everything was as it should be, he spoke through everything with us and was very informative. The customer service from the office staff when I called to book them in was second to none, they went above and beyond to get it booked in as soon as possible and were very polite and professional. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for all my construction and plumbing needs now. Thank you LRG!

LRG group installed our solar panels and air source heat pump. They have advised me all the way through the process so I cannot fault their communication with everything that needed doing and was done. They also ensured that the pricing was fair and made everything clear to me from the outset which meant no hidden costs at the end. Honest and professional service, which is extremely rare these days!!! Could not recommend these guys more!
