Sent an email on 10th July 2026 about a wrong part. To date I have had no resolution even though a case number (5877797) has been opened and had emails from James Anderson and Lacey Wood telling me they are on it.

Speedy delivery of dog guard, and very helpful with return as ultimately did not fit (modified seats, not LR fault). Dawn was particularly helpful and accommodating. Would definitely deal with the company again.
