Shocking and dishonest

Company advertised at me on receipt of prescription compression stockings. I went to their website and their "welcome" coupon code did not work. So I called. Their first listed number is premium rate. Found another number. Had to slow down the woman who answered to ask about VAT relief as this is a product for lymphoedema, and she said it wasn't applicable. This is literally a lie. I guess they are claiming the VAT from HMRC and keeping it for themselves. At that point I lost all interest in purchasing from here. STAY AWAY!!!
