If I could give this company no stars I would.
Terrible company.
Avoid at all costs!
They do not provide the services they claim in their contract such as cleaning and window cleaning. They don’t address health and safety issues reported to them.
When you try to phone and discuss issues they won’t phone you back. I have phoned numerous times. I also tried writing a letter and this was also ignored.
They have now put up their fee.
What an absolute joke.
They don’t provide the service they claim, never mind asking for more money.
Have taken out a case with trading standards against them as they won’t communicate at all and therefore I have no other options available.
