Delivered in a timely manner

Delivered in a timely manner - on the day it said it was out for delivery. Driver was very nice. I was a bit nervous after seeing all the terrible reviews. Thankful for a good experience!

Trash logistics company

They took over delivery of my HelloFresh meals a few weeks ago. I’ve been doing HelloFresh for five years and never had a problem with delivery. I’ve had nothing but problems with them. They deliver late. It’s a business address. The door is locked. The door has hours 8 to 5 and they left it after hours on the door of a business. Of course it got stolen. I have been in contact with them each week once noon hits and I don’t have the package like I normally do to tell them it has to be delivered before 5 pm, once they managed to call and said will be there by five every other time it’s a crapshoot and it either gets delivered the next day or it doesn’t get delivered on time and it gets delivered after hours to a locked business and stolen. This is a trash, logistics company.

3 packages in a row “delivered”

This is the third time that this company has “delivered” a package to my apartment. Each time the package was not placed into a locker, resulting in theft. Per my apartment management, there are clear instructions to deliver packages to the locker. Somehow, all 3 deliveries were placed on the ground and were missing by the time I went to retrieve the package just a few hours later. I feel like the diver is not placing the package in the locker on purpose so that they can steal it. Every time I reached out to the company, they claim it was “delivered correctly” despite the package being wedged into the corner of the package room floor. I also find it ironic that the corner of choice is the only dead zone for the cameras. This company is terrible, and their customer service is even worse.

Company Is Trash

How can you show a package delivered at 12:24PM when it is only 12:10PM. Reached out to company and their internal investigation showed it was delivered at 12:24 PM. Email was sent to me at 12:23P from ticket #263673 opened at 12:15PM . Company is trash and apparently condone their employees stealing packages.

Terrible

Terrible! Truly the worst delivery service I’ve seen, I have a package clearly lost in transit and they keep brushing me off and won’t really help me find it. Then the customer service agent made up some bizarre story that the delivery person is injured so my package will take an extra week to get delivered, I guess they have one driver?! lol. My package is still lost and I gave up talking to them after the weird story they made up.

absolutely the worst was supposed to…

absolutely the worst was supposed to have a Thursday delivery if a caf part, when it didnt arrive I contacted them. They said they were unable to locate my house. Fast forward to tuesday supposedly they found it and delivered it at 2:58 PM.When I went to look at 3:20 PM.It wasn't there.My dog didn't make any noise which means nobody came.They just put delivered at front door. So either they delivered it to the wrong property.Or never delivered. Now I have to fight for a refund.Get the part reordered and wait additional time for that car part, Don't order with anyone that uses this delivery company, As stated in ninety five percent of the reviews.

LSO is useless

LSO is useless. They never even attempted delivery and claimed its a "bad address". As you can see this is a common theme for them from the other reviews. I have never had this issue with other delivery services and trying to get assistance from them is like pulling teeth. They don't have a working phone number and frankly don't want to help you. We will cancel any future orders that uses LSO and will be letting our friends and family know about this scam of a company.

Shein order. They don't know how to deliver things

Ordered something from Shein, they shipped the package using this LSO company. They misdelivered my package and when I contacted them they basically did nothing. The driver delivered the package to a maintenance room in the apartment complex instead of delivering to my apartment. Some of you may think, maybe I didn't specify the apartment number, but I did! If you can't find the right apartment, drop it off to the front office, but not to a maintenance door. They didn't apologize or offer any solution. All they did after I told them about the missing package was wishing me a good day and advising to contact the seller. The worst people ever.

If my order says LSO is the shipper I will cancel it. These people delivered my package to the wrong apartment then stole it! They didn’t know the neighbors across the hall had a camera in the window and caught everything. LSO count your days. Your competitors are running circles around y’all. Pathetic. And your customer support alone should be a red flag to all companies looking to use yall.

Ugh!

Ugh! Watching the tracking on my package reminds me of playing pinball, but a lot less fun. It’s “out for delivery”, but then no, it moves farther away. Then, instead of going to the residential address, it seems to have gone to some business that was “closed”, and had “no access”.

I alerted them to the error and resent them the address (even though the address they already had was correct). I even sent them a photo of the house. I’ve also sent them a Google Maps link to the exact location. Several days later, still nothing.

The company’s email responses are formulaic assurances that my inquiry is “under research” and will receive the “highest priority”. Very clearly, the customer service rep has a readily available collection of stock replies tailored to increasingly irate inquiries. But, equally clearly, no action is ever actually taken.

So yeah, I’ve pretty much given up hope that the package will arrive in my lifetime. Deliveries really don’t get much simpler than this one, folks, and they still can’t manage it.

ZERO STARS!!!

ZERO STARS!!!
This company is full of it, they left my package OUTSIDE UNSECURED at the mailstation in my apartment complex, not inside the mailbox literally OUTSIDE sitting on the ground and it was stolen and then they had the audacity to say it was delivered to the correct address to the mailroom. I want to show the picture of exactly what they sent me as proof but I don’t see a section on here to add picture.

Absurd

This is a flawed company. The only thing worse than their customer service is the actual service they're supposed to provide. Upon tracking my package I discovered I was a closed business with no access. I am a residence with wide open access. It took 4 days of constant emails for them to update tracking to out for delivery. They failed to show once again. I offered many times to pick up package if they would give me a location to do so. No response to this no response to where package was no response to my concerns. How this company stays in business with such practices is beyond my comprehension. I rate them a one only because it's the lowest available review they are not worth one star. If this review seems only somewhat negative then I have failed on relaying my level of frustration with them

Trash shipping service

Trash shipping service, the tracking states they were “unable to locate” due to a “bad address” which is bs, there was nothing wrong about my address the driver/delivery person was either too lazy or too incompetent to deliver the package. I Sent multiple messages via the LSO website and I keep getting generic message stating they are working “diligently” to resolve my issue yet I have been emailing them for over a week and no issue has been resolved not to mention the damn customer service number they have on their website doesn’t even work! They are beyond garbage and I don’t know why they even exist I’m not even going to be ordering from the company anymore as long as they use this shipper.

This company is beyond trash

This company is beyond trash, they told me they were unable to deliver my package due to “unable to access” after I gave very very specific instruction's. Mind you they split my package into 3 separate ones and fedex and USPS has no trouble finding it. They have unclear communication, I was told it would try to he redelivered today and was lied to, no one came or tried to redeliver, overall this company is trash and I don’t know how they are even legal or in buisness.

This shipping company should not be in…

This shipping company should not be in business. They are incompetent and unreliable with what they are open to do which is deliver packages. I have had them unfortunately as my carrier 5 times and 3 of those times I didn’t receive my package. They fraudulently sign your package and mark it delivered. It’s so shameful that companies are still using LSO. You would think that the seller would be losing out on money for having to refund customers and losing the product. I’m wondering does the seller file insurance claims on lost goods and get a nice lump sum from it? It has to be something in it for them to use a company that is clearly fraudulent. It’s no secret and its not hard to find reviews on how sh@@ty this company is. I have completely stopped ordering from places when I find out LSO is being used and before I order from new places I will email or call customer service before I spend money with them. I hate LSO with a passion.

USELESS company, lazy "service"

Like everyone else here, LSO sucked for me. My package was marked as "unable to access" (I live in a normal house, not a gated community) and I cannot get in contact with anyone from the company. Now my $200 package is lost in the ether because their driver was too lazy to drop my stuff off.

Why would the driver deliver the…

Why would the driver deliver the package to the front of the leasing office. They were too lazy to deliver the package to my door. The leasing office was open and they still delivered the packages to the front of the door. I had to contact customer service to get the picture.

If there was a Zero rating they deserve it

If there was a Zero rating. I will give to them. I work from home and what that means is that I am home all day. I ordered a package from Nordstrom Rack. The package was split into two. One was delivered at my door by UPS. The other was marked as

“Sorry we missed you

LSO attempted to deliver your package today, but unfortunately missed you. Don't worry—they'll try again on the next business day”

My home office is next to my front door, so this is a lie. Today is the next day, I expected them to show up. Still no call, no show. I contacted Nordstrom Rack and they told me the carrier is having problem with locating me. I wonder how they missed me the first day and the second day they cannot find me.

These folks are horrible. Nordstrom Rack can do better. If Nordstrom Rack continue using this folk for packages. They will not get my money again. I am sure it’s not the first time Nordstrom Rack is hearing this. LSO has 1 star so it’s either Nordstrom Rack don’t care about us or they just done listen.

Perhaps they need a boycott to listen
