I bought two Svs subwoofers from here and a Svs sub-equalizer. My first two purchases of a sub and a EQ went fine, but when I got my PC-13 Ultra sub from Svs I noticed there was something wrong with the sub and that it was underperforming.
I called Lsound and they were very helpfull with troubleshoooting the problems, afteral several quality hours of customer support we decided it was best if i came over to the store so they could see themselves what was going on since for all they know I could have just been expecting too much of the sub.
After ariving at the store the sub was taken in and tested, the reprenstatives were suprised by the results and agreed that something was not right.
They ended up with replacing both the amp and the 13 inch driver on the spot.
Now thats good customer service!
The workers are very pleasent and knowledgable, I didnt really wanna leave since I was having a blast being there in their testroom joking around while the sub was being tested making sure everything was fine before they sent me home =)
