Stay far away! Payed £600 for a dishwasher fitting! He spent 4 hours on the job, which my sink was then leaking, came next day to fix it but still leaked until he stopped answering my calls. Had to get another plumber to do the job. Customer service is terrible and rude(as you can see from their replies in other reviews) If I could offer no stars I would.

Honestly don’t even know where to start. NONE of these people are qualified plumbers. They learn their trade from YouTube, I caught the so called plumber watching a video on how to fix the problem!! He didn’t even have correct tools and go googled a shop to go buy supplies. They are rude, aggressive, unqualified. They steal expensive items from your home if you’re not careful!! They try to intimidate you but call the police and report them like I did. All their times reviews are LIES- I have contacted times myself and am contacting Google to get them removed as they’ve also deceived Google so that their company comes up first when you search. They are all path-etic. Any good reviews you see are written by their friends- lol. The owner Jonothan employs ex-convicts who no one else will touch- that says it all. AVOID, REPORT & EXPOSE them before they steal from other people.

I don’t know why their ratings are crap to be honest because they’re a legit company I’ve used them before not long ago. Johnathon (the owner I think who I spoke to to) was a sound guy, he sorted me out with an engineer within an hour. I just needed my new taps fitted it wasn’t nothing urgent. And the guy that come was really cool it literally only took him 40 mins to fit it on. Price was decent aswell I just got charged a call out £89. Not sure how they are with bigger jobs maybe I just got lucky. But over all my experience was pretty decent. Thanks

I’ll be honest I wasn’t keen on this company after seeing the reviews. But I had already called and booked in before and if I cancelled I’d have to pay a cancellation fee (which was a bit annoying), so I thought hey ho I’ll risk it. Surprisingly they were pretty good with their service, the engineer turned up within the hour sent confirmation etc... (£89+vat) for callout. Thankfully he got it done within the fee cost and that was all I had to pay. I’m pretty happy to be fair as I thought I’d be bankrupt at the end of the job after reading all the comments Lol. Thanks guys I’ll deffo use you again if I need to. Big thumbs up

Nothing bad to say about these guys, they’re quick and get the job done for a reasonable price. I’m not sure if this applies to all but I got a 5% discount which was handy.

Since zero stars is not available. Call out fee £199 +vat paid in advance. A plumber came more or less within an hour, whereupon I was quoted an additional fee of £489 per hour plus VAT and materials. I declined. I was then offered £289 plus Vat and materials. I declined. I was then offered £289 including Vat. I declined. The plumber left. You may draw your own conclusions and I am seeking an alternative plumber.
I requested a refund of the call out fee and have been told they will consider it within 28 days. 28 seconds should be sufficient. I actually fixed the immediate problem myself in about 2 minutes once I was fully awake and had stopped panicking.

Warning: They are very expensive and don't do all the work they say they will.

They charge £149.00 per hour (excluding VAT) and after 8 hours they had successfully unblocked the toilet.

They also fitted a mixer adapter to make the hot water tap cooler within the 8 hours, but this was not asked for.

But for 8 hours work it isn't that much work done really.

But they had said they would fix the shower tap which they didn't do and they left the place in a terrible state.

I didn't want to spend another £1500 for them to come again the next day so I will go for a plumber with a fixed price in future.

But the Engineer was initially nice at least until they announce the cost and refuse to leave. At least I now have an unclogged toilet. But I could have easily got this done for much cheaper and much less hassle.

As other reviewers have noted, they will refuse to leave the house until you have paid the large fee, I know others called the police but I just gave in and paid them.

Looking into other reviews it seems this is a scam company with multiple different names, I was overcharged massively. But you live and learn, don't make the mistake I did unless you have money to burn and time to waste.

They also seem to be replying to other comments with similar experiences by saying these are fake reviews. Be very careful!

Update: They are replying to all negative reviews claiming that they are fake or from another company and asking Trustpilot to remove them. Save your documentation of proof and send it to TrustPilot and they will be able to verify it. Trust the other negative reviews they all have the same negative experience with this horrid company. There were even more reviews but TP took them down unfortunately.

My review was initially nicer to give them the benefit of the doubt but they have now been threatening me so I have updated it, the lowest is one star unfortunately. I have contacted trading standards on their poor behavior.

Update: I decided to go with Another company to get a full bathroom installed instead, it was only slightly more expensive and we got a complete new bathroom. I just couldn't deal with these crooks anymore. Please don't make the same mistake I did.
