I have been using LSW for well over 10 years and each experience has been without issue. The automobiles are up to date, clean and comfortable. The drivers are courteous, don't try to be anything but professional and are very good with children. Making arrangements are easy and seamless and the documentation is complete. I once had LSW chauffeur around an Italian family for a week in NYC and the compliments I got from the family made the expense very worthwhile. This is a very good company.

Vehicles in great condition; competent drivers who leave my wife feeling safe; a website reservation system that works. While expensive, you get value for money.

We have been using LSW's chauffeured services for many years now, first for transfers to and from the airport and more recently for doctors appointments and occasionally for trip into Manhattan. Arranging a reservation is always easy. The excellent drivers always arrive on time - usually a few minutes early and the cars in clean and in good condition. Their prices are fair.

I was scheduled for a pick-up on a Friday evening 9:55pm but there was bad weather and the flight had to find another place to land until weather cleared. I called from layover airport and was told to call back when I got to the scheduled airport. I did not get to the airport until 2:30 or 3:00 am Saturday and the minute we landed I turned on my phone and called LSW. At first the operator told me the name of my driver and put me on hold. When she finally got back on she said she was sorry but that they could not honor my reservation because of the delay. Others were being picked up by their car services and I was tired and tried calling other services since all were shut down at airport. Finally I recalled I had UBER on my phone and called them. I got picked up within 15 minutes or less. My expectation could be off but I felt they could have been more helpful. I had not eaten since lunch on Friday since I was not expecting the layover (that airport only had a news stand with candy open). So tired and hungry and no way to get home feeling was a bit overwhelming. I was able to turn it around for myself but at 72 I wouldn't necessarily have had the resource to do so, other than wait in the airport until business resumed.

These guys can't be beat. When LSW picks up clients at JFK I trust they are taken care of from start to finish. Total professionals with very high standards. Highly recommended!

I have used LSW for years. I trust them. I like that the drivers are vetted and have chauffeur licenses. The drivers are very professional and the vehicles comfy. I have used LSW to go to the airport, the cruise terminal, the hospital for surgery and follow-up appointments and even to get a pedicure! I love the door to door service. I love seeing my name being held up in the airport at pickup after a flight. Overall, they make getting to places a stressfree, comfortable and seamless experience..

In all the years we've been using LSW they have always been on time. Usually, they are early which we really appreciate. The drivers are professional but friendly and always know the route. They might charge a little more than the going rate but to us it's worth it.
