I have been recently talking with Henri at LTF, following my interest in a vacancy they were recruiting for. Henri called me based on what he had seen from my application. He expressed that he thought the vacancy would be tailor made for me. He listened intently to my history and current circumstances, matching those things with the school that had the vacancy.

Henri displayed not only an incredible professional demeanour, but also a personal, empathetic & human touch. He went above an beyond to contact the headteacher of the school that I applied to, to set up an in person meeting with her. He also provided multiple follow up calls to inform me of the progress and to ensure I felt comfortable with him sending my CV her way and setting up the meeting with her.

The meeting went well (Henri's judgement and intuition about myself and the suitability to the role was spot on!) I have just been offered the role and have accepted it (this all happened within 6 days!!!!!)

Henri assured me that its not just himself that has this level of care and attention, but all of his colleagues at LTF have this approach and I believe him. He gave me the confidence that LTF is the right recruitment agency for me and he and they followed through by finding me the employment opportunity I was looking for. I decided to go back into education as a career in October last year and Alex Jordan was very helpful. He helped me find two teaching assistant roles. I enjoyed them both and gained great experience, learning new skills, particularly in Autism.

An excellent company to work for, nothing is too much trouble for them helping you find work. Adam croft my consultant as been consistent at keeping me in work and kept me up to date through out the whole process of getting me in to a school and keeping me in the same school through our my contract with the agency. Been with them for a short amount of time but Adam Croft has been amazing in helping me find the perfect role as well as helping me prepare for the interview. He reassured me and kept me positive throughout the whole process.

If there is a way to write a million reviews I certainly will! Laine (LTF staff) was very professional with a very wonderful service. I sent a reminder to her after few weeks of applying for the job, she arranged an interview and within 24 hours, I got the job!
