James contacted me regularly throughout the interview processes to help me feel confident in my career move. There was slight confusion regarding the date I was told I would be starting my new role, therefore, handing my notice in at my previous work place, far too early and requesting my previous role back. However, this seems to have been a miscommunication between LTF & the new workplace. Without this, the process was smooth and I would recommend using LTF to others.

Great agency and consultant, extremely fast moving. An agency/consultant that listens to your actual requirements and places you in the appropriate school. Having worked through agency for many years, this is the only agency that I have ever applied for a permanent position within weeks of starting and was successful in securing a permanent role. James is very easy going but listens and you aren’t treated as just a number to fill a gap , but as an actual worthy human being. Only thing I wasn’t happy about is the hefty fee that is taken out of your wages weekly, which at no point was discussed or highlighted until after I d agreed on assignment, then was sent through as an email. With this aside they still pay way more then other agency’s and take into consideration travel.

The recruitment went really well and straight forward up until the end of the process. We was directly given bad information from the recruitment team about our future start dates and when to hand in our notices for our current jobs. Which has had a knock on effect to not qualifying for the pay and regarding the fact I have two young children at home to cater for this service was disgraceful, we had been left with low incomes causing problems elsewhere in personal lives. So I am not happy about the service we received as I'm aware it was the same service throughout this process with other candidates.

Had an excellent experience with LFT. Completed an application for another job and was notified of another position closer to home and started the following week. Very efficient service from James who kept me updated on the process and progress of references etc.

My Consultant James was very good at pairing me up with the right job in the right location. I always felt he was on my side and liaised with the schools on my behalf.

The service I got was excellent and communication is very open and thorough. James sorted everything out for me when it came to payroll and submitting timesheets and his detailed explanations and handouts were very useful.

LTF have been amazing! Especially James! The registration process is quick and simple. The communication (with James) has been outstanding, from providing information on possible placements, to answering any question I may have, and listening to any concerns (if any). Timesheets and pay was straight forward, along with reminders to ensure nothing was delayed. I’ve always felt supported and have been great with my transition from themselves to my permanent placement. They found me a suitable long term placement with other opportunities within that placement, where I’m able to grow my skills and build my career, for that I am extremely grateful. I would 1000% recommend them to any other educational professionals, without a doubt.
