Well... max profesionalist?
Well, my experience with the company hasn't been the best. Is it because I'm a foreigner and speak English? I have ADR experience and specialized training, but that's clearly irrelevant. After a year of waiting, I received a job offer. The text message only stated that all the details had been sent to me via email. I checked and received nothing. I won't accept a job without knowing the responsibilities or financial conditions, which is probably normal, at least for me. I called and asked for an email with the information. When the email arrived during the call, it contained a 130-page document attached. I asked for a moment to review it and call the manager back. After 10 minutes, when I called back, no one answered. I made several more attempts, and finally, a woman answered, informing me that Maria, the contact person, was busy and that I would pass on all the information to her. In the meantime, I was sending text messages and emails confirming my readiness for work... After 1.5 hours, I received a message from the third woman saying that the positions were already filled and I could call earlier... As you can see, professionalism is the dominant feature of this company... NOT for foreigners.
