ľubivé is a small company based in Trnava, Slovakia, where we also have our store. It’s at this location where we also pack all our orders and send them directly to our customers. My name’s Veronika and I love fashion and nice things. My passion for fashion and accessories is what prompted me to create the Ľúbivé brand. What came next was a brand that offers a wide range of quality handbags and backpacks at affordable prices. Although Slovakia has a textile tradition, we’ve been unable to find suitable local suppliers. This is why our production is covered by manufactories in Italy, where we also buy our leather and accessories from. We select and produce only what best represents the Ľubivé brand and what we know will make a woman happy every single day. The name Ľubivé (or “Lovely”) pretty much sums up our philosophy – we want to provide quality customer service and we pack every handbag with a tender “loving” care so that at the end of the whole process we have a satisfied customer. We’re always thrilled to come across a woman carrying our handbag in the street or to see customers showing off their “lovely” designer piece on social media.

This is my second order
This is my second order - unfortunately the experience is not that great like the first order completed few months ago. The bag I received was not in the colour ordered - I had to initiate communication to understand how the exchange can be completed, as well as request assistance as soon as possible. The initial delivery was rather fast, but the actual exchange and delivery of correct item takes more time and energy. The bag ordered was for a special occasion, however now I am expecting to receive the correct item 2 weeks after the initial order. Hopefully this will be resolved in the most appropriate manner.

thanks for your review. We have been already in touch via email, unfortunately as we have explained in the email wrong color has been shipped by human error. We have provided you with details with contracted service managing returns from Bulgaria. We are still waiting for receiving the return delivery. As I have explained in the email, we will be shipping new item once it is delivered to our site in Slovakia. We will also happily refund the delivery costs as we have promised.

My first experience with lubive, definitely not the last. I purchased a bag and it arrived very carefully packed, just as described, quality materials and great design. I only gave 4 stars because the price was higher than the average for this kind of bags. It didn't stop me, however, from buying it :)

I received 2 bags- one with a small…
I received 2 bags- one with a small defect on the mecanism and the other one with unfinished strap.
Unfortunately, I can not recomend the bags because of the thick material and the poor finishing.
Return for Bulgaria has been so difficult. I already sent 2 emails and went to the delivery office- they told me they have a partner in Bulgaria but no information available in the website. So without this info, I couldn't return the bags.
Such a pitty, the designs of the pags are so good, I was planning to order more.
