As of today 3/20 they have now mailed me my remaining 3 months! So they did follow through!! Hallelujah!
I purchase a 4 months supply for $99. I only received one month in the mail. I called and sent pictures of what I received and have been waiting for the remainder of my order. They answer my emails but they are dragging their feet as far as following through and sending me what I am due. As for the product I"m not sure of its effectiveness yet.

Softgels moisturizer review
The product I am using is the vaginal moisturizer softgels. I have been taking them for 6 months using the recommended doseage of two capsules daily. I did see some improvement in the dryness of the ladybits, but also having to use estriol cream occasionally. From a cost point I honestly do not want to have to purchase the softgels and also a external cream. So at the moment I am doing a personal experiment to see which offers the best results and the lowest cost.

The customer service never responds, you can return unwanted product only with the pre-approved label, but they never reply on your requests. I would give Zero stars I could. Like others here, I did not request a subscription order. But someone with Lubracil made it one. I wanted a one time order of the capsules only. Then suddenly my credit card is being charged for subsequent orders. It is not my fault they messed up, but now I am paying for it, literally.
I have sent emails. I have called & spoken to a telephone rep, as well as her "supervisor". They said per their terms & conditions they will not refund the 2nd shipment. But I did not sign up for a subscription, so why should my card be charged for this 2nd order. The "supervisor" also told me that I only had 30 days after my initial order to cancel the subscription & future orders. My initial order was placed February 5th. Today is March 2nd. In the real world, that only adds up to 26 days. Not 30. Obviously, customer service math is not very good either.
The "supervisor" told me she was not allowed to transfer me or let me speak to her manager, or someone with more clout within the company. That completely ridiculous and unacceptable. Their advertising claims they want their customers to be satisfied. This is obviously not the case, so to me, their advertising is false. I want a refund of charges for things I did not order & for things I did not get.
Lubracil is a pitiful company and their customer service is horrible. I will not recommend them or the product. And though, they aren't associated with the Better Business Bureau, I think I will be filing a claim there also.
To others who may order from Lubracil, please don't.

Actually addresses the root cause, not just symptoms

Horrible company with nonexistent customer service
They have a good product, but non responsive horrible customer support. I was on a subscription and shipment was supposedly sent on February 9th and 14 days later I have never received it. I tried over and over to talk to customer service but no response at all. I filed a complaint with BBB, filed a fraud dispute with my bank, and cancelled my future subscription with them which I had to cancel by email. They give no other way on their website to cancel. Horrible company. Do not buy from them. I would like to add to my review. Their response that was added after my review is untruthful. There are tons of the same complaints from other customers that said the same thing as I did. It’s all on Google. Also, the phone number listed is a dead phone number. I tried calling them several times and it always says the same thing, that the call cannot be completed. Since I canceled my subscription on February 23 by email, I really hope they actually look at the email and carry through with cancelling the subscription. They had stated on a previous email when I started my subscription that there was a cancellation button on the website to click and it would easily be cancelled, but it’s not true. You click to cancel and that’s when they say you have to send them an email to cancel, so again they lied. You know what’s so sad? They took time to create a good product to help women, but then they throw it all down the drain with their awful customer support and unethical business practices, so I would gladly call them if the phone number was real.

Noticeable improvement in 2 months, worth the wait
Started these for vaginal dryness and painful intercourse. After about 8 weeks, I noticed real improvement. Not 100% yet but so much better than before. Taking off one star only because I wish results were faster, but I understand tissue regeneration takes time. Customer service was helpful in setting realistic expectations. Will continue!

Canceling subscription was actually easy!
I needed to cancel my subscription temporarily due to budget concerns. Usually companies make this a nightmare, but Lubracil's customer service was incredibly understanding and made it happen in 2 minutes.
