TOTAL SCAM!!!

TOTAL SCAM!!!! The picture of the blouse was AI. When I attempted to return, I was informed the return shipping was $60. For a few ounces of fabric. They should be shut down. They advertise as "Walker & Grey, New York" but have no connection to New York whatsoever. You will not want to keep the piece of crap they send you (literally garbage), but they will charge you more than the refund to return it.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN.

DO NOT ORDER IF YOU MAY NEED TO RETURN.

DO NOT ORDER.

I purchased a bridesmaid dress from this company. While the dress itself was lovely, the bride ultimately chose a different option, so I needed to return it. The website states that returns are accepted, but what they don’t clearly disclose is that you’re required to ship the item back to China at your own expense. The return shipping cost is hundreds of dollars which is more than the dress itself.

When I contacted customer service, they responded promptly, but their only solution was to offer me a 25% refund if I kept the dress. I don’t want the dress, and now I’m stuck with an item I can’t use and a significant financial loss.

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY FALSELY ADVERTISE ONE ITEM AND SHIP YOU ANOTHER OF POOR QUALITY THEN REQUIRE YOU TO PAY RETURN SHIPPING TO CHINA, NOT NEW YORK. CALL YOUR CRESIT CARD COMPANY AND TWLL THEM TO STOP PAYMENT!

Ordered a dress

Ordered a dress. The fabric was nothing like the image online and it was cheaply made compared to the price. I asked for a return label. The return must be mailed to China at my expense. I’d give them a zero star if I could.

horrible quality and return policy

I ordered the Letherren Maxi Dress from Lucas & Grace (listed as New York / Netherlands company) and was extremely disappointed. The dress I received looked nothing like the photos on the product page — the fabric quality, fit, and overall look were significantly worse than advertised, and it felt cheaply made.
What made this experience even more frustrating was the return policy. Despite marketing itself as a New York/Netherlands-registered brand, returns must be shipped back to China at the customer’s expense, which is expensive and inconvenient. They also require customers to send photos of the item before approving a return, which is not normal for clothing retailers and seems designed to discourage actual returns.
Their customer service was inflexible and ultimately offered only a 15% partial refund, which does not reasonably address the fact that the item is misrepresented. Exchanges and gift card options were pushed instead of fair compensation.
I would not recommend this company. The product quality and return experience do not match how this brand presents itself, and the whole process felt misleading.

I would give zero if I could

I would give zero if I could. The quality of the material is appalling. The colors are not as the picture on line. The shirt is very poorly made and finished. I paid 74 dollars for a shirt that looks like it is made out of a cheap table cloth. Stay away from this website. Its throwing your money away.

Scam

Scam. The company is based in China. they did not send me what I ordered. It cost $64 and to return it would cost $32 since the company is based in China. When I asked them to send me the right thing that I ordered, they said they didn’t have it, but it is still listed on their website
