I'm not connected to Lucero in any way. I'm just a huge fan. I always hated olive oil growing up. I didn't know I had only tasted low quality, probably old oil. The first time I tried Lucero was in their Corning CA store. I had no idea what I had been missing! The staff gave me a variety of samples & helped point out the differences in flavor notes like wine tasting. Since then I've tried other premium brands & honestly nothing is as fresh & flavorful as Lucero. I have the ascolano variety on everything everyday. I've cooked with it but fresh is best.

This is a great company providing very high quality extra olive oil. Made in USA

I'm particularly fond of their "Infused Rosemary flavored olive oil. I use it in my Lamb stew and Marinara sauce recipes.
