Great natural product, ideal for cycling but also good for triathlon training. Perfect size for back pocket/pouch and easy ‘throw away’ biodegradable leaf packaging. Like all flavours, no artificial taste just the fruit base- raspberry and guava/coffee are my favourite.

Tastes really good and I really love the idea of leaf packaging. I don’t have to worry about littering while running. 👌🏽

I originally bought the four pack to test out the product. I struggle with energy gels and was looking for something different. These were perfect!!

These tasty little squares of energy have become one of my go-to snacks lately when I'm out tearing up the trails on my bike...a couple of these in the pocket are a great energy boost and they taste pretty darn good...raspberry and coffee ones in particular.
I love the natural leaf wrapper too...if they could lose the outer plastic packaging somehow then they're onto a winner.
Keep hidden from children or you'll find there's none left next time you need that energy boost!!

Love these, especially raspberry. Use when out on my bike and nice to have something that tastes nice and not something that is forced down. Really cool as well how the leaf wrapping is natural and degrades when I accidentally drop it so I don’t have to stop my ride and try to find it

These are a great, natural, pocket sized energy boost for when out on long strenuous bike excursions. A great mix of flavours and a must now for all rides.

Been using the Lucho blocks for a couple of years now; slice each into about 10 pieces and pop one every couple of miles on a long run. Great tastes, easy to eat on the go, and never let you down. Bravo !

Hands down, the best energy snack I've tried!

These blocks tick all the right boxes: 100% natural (no additives/fillers/maltodextrin), vegan, gluten-free, ibs-friendly, and most importantly, are the most eco-friendly energy snack I've found! (their packaging - is a leaf!).

I consume these before intense training sessions, and to replace gels during long-distance runs and races. I came first lady in my first two ultras using these, with no stomach issues or complaints, so they definitely work!

My only complaint would be that they are sometimes cased in plastic packaging - which kind of defeats the point - but I know this is something they are working on!

I used the energy blocks because they are so natural alongside the wrappers that are biodegradable .I take long walks with my dog and I find these really helpful as an energy boost .

My order arrived very quickly. And they taste really good. I sometimes use it as a treat to the kids, much better than giving them candy or crisps.

I take these on long runs. They fit really nicely in my pocket and have the added advantage of tasting great. They give me a good energy boost and help me push through and finish hard!
