No response to emails

I ordered and paid for an item on 29th November for a Christmas gift.
I have emailed several times asking for an update and none of my emails have been answered, except for an earlier one saying they will ask the warehouse - no response since then. Very, very disappointed

This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No personal contact! What are they afraid of? I’m still waiting on an order that was incorrect. If not received soon I will contact the bank and file a formal complaint.

I’d give zero if I could

I’d give zero if I could. I don’t leave many reviews but I ordered my son 4 items for Xmas on December 1st and it just kept saying processing. It guaranteed it for Christmas. I emailed again yesterday saying why hasn’t this shipped it’s December 17th and was promised before Christmas. I got a response saying we went ahead and cancelled your order. WHAT!! like why aren’t you answering my question. I wanted the items not a cancellation. And this was one of many emails. Pretty sure I was talking to AI
No phone number to call, nothing.
Luckily another store had similar items that are still guaranteed for Xmas and are a known brand. Never again. Do not order from these people.

They deserve 0 stars

They deserve 0 stars. Worst experience I ever had. No phone, and all emails are AI generated. Same reply over and over. They create a label and put the blame on USPS for not picking up their orders. The tracking # state USPS is waiting for the item. Awful. Worst company ever! I don't care if they have 'soft' nice clothing. The stress involved with them is absolutely not worth it.

This is the worst place I’ve ever had…

This is the worst place I’ve ever had to deal with in my entire life. I ordered a thing online and I entered my correct address and for some reason it brought up my old address from four years ago. I immediately contacted them about this issue within minutes from ordering it and I’ve recently received the email for three days. They never addressed the issue. I paid extra they have it delivered and it’s still not delivered and it’s been since December 1. I keep email and then some lady named Liz she is the worst customer service representative ever

Do not purchase

Ordered 11/29/2025 and Lucid Blanks charged credit card immediately. 12/7/2025 they emailed “tracking” which is not valid. From the many other reviews sounds like a common business practice. I plan to file fraud claim with credit card company.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!! We bought 3 expensive hoodies weeks ago and still nothing. They give a tracking number, but they never gave our products to the Post Office to ship! They rarely answer and if they do it's just some auto response. We are reporting them to our Financial Institution as FRAUD!!

Beware,absolute joke

I ordered a hoodie on the 21st of November
I emailed them for a refund but was denied this as the shipping process has been started
I have tracked this and it is still showing the iron is in south el monte which is where they are based and it’s been over a week without movement
I have emailed and told them this and asked for an update for delivery or a full refund but I’m just getting ignored
Customer service is shocking and it’s looking I won’t get the parcel for Christmas at this rate or my money back

DO NOT ORDER FROM UK

DO NOT ORDER FROM UK. Had to wait 2 months for my order to be shipped as they didn’t tell me that they had incomplete shipping details. Once I reached out they eventually replied and asked that I give them updated details. I then had to wait weeks for the order to be shipped out only for the order to be held at a post office warehouse for collection. As I assumed my order would be shipped to my home the post office sent me a letter charging me for the extended holding of my parcel. I had to tell the company who after around a week paid the post office. My order was shipped back to America which took around another week. Eventually I got a refund but the whole situation lasted around 3 months, absolute waste of my time and money. Do not order from this company.

Terrible Customer Service

One star because zero is not an option. The customer service is atrocious. We ordered a sweatshirt and pants for our son. They sent a tracking number that never worked for USPS. Then I got an email saying it was delivered "to a parcel locker". We never received the package. I checked with the post office and they didn't know either. When I notified the company that our order never arrived, I was given instructions on how to check with the post office and my neighbors. I have heard nothing back, no refund, no replacement, nothing. Will not purchase again. Terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!! I was sent the wrong size- I ordered a medium, they sent a small- and the company thinks I should pay for the return postage! They will not refund me even though the mistake was 100% theirs. Terrible!

Scam!!…

While the items were good quality they didn’t fit. I was told by customer service I could return for a refund. I spent $20 to return the items and now they will not respond to my request for refund. DO NOT order from this company.

BUYERS BEWARE


I would not recommend ordering from this company. The sweatshirt I purchased was way too large and not even close to a standard size. When I tried to return it, I was shocked to be charged $67 for return shipping—which is outrageous. To make matters worse, even after the company received the product back, I still have not received my refund.

Between the poor sizing, the excessive return cost, and the lack of follow-through on refunds, this has been one of the most disappointing shopping experiences I’ve had. Buyers beware.

You can only buy, but never RETURN/get refund!

Like other reviewers, the customer service is NON-EXISTENT! I ordered two items and wanted to return one of them since it was too thick. I sent a return request email per the website instruction, they NEVER responded back to me. I am filing an official complaint against this online merchant with the Office of the Attorney General in California so they can be shut down! NEVER order from this fraud website unless you want to donate your hard-earned money to this sweatshop thieves!

I ordered two pairs of sweatpants

I ordered two pairs of sweatpants. When I received my order, I got one of the sweatpants I ordered and a zippered hoody that I did not, in lieu of the second pair. I reached out to the email address provided to resolve the issue and was asked to send a photo of the incorrect item I received; I did just that. I have requested an exchange to correct the wrong, and have not received a response to the four requests I have sent so far. I still have an unfulfilled order which I paid for, and an unwanted item. Customer service does not exist. DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Horrible return policy

Horrible return policy. Received 2 hoodies that were way too thick and heavy. Had to pay $35 to ship back then was denied a refund because they stated the hoodies were covered in glitter when they were never even worn.
