insane refunding speed
lucid is the best prop firm ever existed payouts are fast but refunding speed is also insane, i accidentally purchased 25k pro account costs $81 and after raising the ticket they issued my refund in only 3 minutes, thank you lucid .

Worse experieced that I had with a propFimr
Worse experience that I had with a prop firm. They have said that I have hedging plenty of times in order not to grant me a funded stage. I guess they did it cos they have seen how aggressive I trade the evals. I treat an Eval as make it or break it, simple as that. Why would I spend 2 weeks trading them, while I can get through it easily and get funded so I can trade properly...
They have said that I have hedged at least on 8 accounts, it is very frustrating to make 1500 bucks and see how they erase you everything so you have to start all over again with a 500 bucks drawdown instead of 2k drawdown.. Seriously this is ridiculous.
If you read carefully the comments here on Trust Pilot you will see that plenty of people are complaining exactly about the same thing. They are also accused of hedging..
We see how Lucid's dirty games won't make it last long on this propfirm world.. hope they shut down soon because they are literally scammers whom use tactics to hinder your progress while having its dogs barking on social media that Lucid is one of the best out there..
I belived that it was the best out there with all the hype behind it, however actually Lucid is full of Crap..
Please don't waste your money and time on this PropFirm, there are much better ones out there and way better established.

Fair rules and pricing. After trading with them for about 6 months now, I’ve never had any data issues when trading, and I’ve never even had to reach out to customer service for anything. Payouts are always paid out within about 10 minutes for me. Overall my favorite prop firm to trade with.

Payout process was quick and straightforward. Identity verification through WorkMarket was easy and quick. International user but received payment within few hours and transferred into PayPal account same day.

Lucid accused me of hedging, took my profits and lowered my max drawdown
Lucid accused me of hedging, took my profits and lowered my max drawdown which lead to losing accounts.
I still cant believe what happened. Yesterday I wanted to increase the number of accounts so I purchased 2 flex accounts to copytrade on using Tradesyncer as a platform. With a great trade i got to almost 50% of my challenge target.
After market close I noticed my profits were gone. Turns out i received an email for hedging, which I had absolutely not done. Lucid refused to discuss the matter with me on their chat and let me know that their decision was taken and they would stand with it.
Today I took a trade on my accounts which lead to a loss (obviously my own fault), but the loss triggered my account to be closed because max drawdown was hit.
So lucid took my profits but still maintained the high of my profits to push the drawdown floor up, leaving me with a small drawdown space.
I used to be positive about Lucid, but this situation and their lack of willingness to discuss this matter has really upset me.
I've have informed them i'd leave a review on the matter and they just wished me the best of luck.

On my third payout since the start of June, all received with no issues at all. Trading conditions are amazing, rules are easy to follow. Never had an experience like this with a prop firm. Top Class, Highly Recommend!
