For me, it's now the best prop company on the market. Excellent and fast support, a wide range of platforms (some fully usable for free). Low commissions, which are essential for a scalper like m... See more

Lucid Trading is a funded firm that helps futures traders practice their strategies, improve risk management, and build capital as they prepare to trade in live markets. The team at Lucid Trading feels that there is an opportunity to merge elements from the new funded firms and old-school proprietary trading desks. Funded firms are an excellent starting point for aspiring traders. However, once they have proven they are ready for live markets, they need to be supported more in the way a traditional prop desk. Lucid Trading’s goal is to provide a clear path forward through all these phases.

Be Careful: Approved Payouts Were Never Sent
I had 3 payouts approved by Lucid Trading.
For each payout, I received:
- an approval email confirming the payout was approved;
- another email confirming the payout had been sent.
The problem: the money was never actually sent.
For more than a week, support repeatedly told me the payments had already been processed. They kept escalating the case to different departments, delaying the situation, and giving me the same answer over and over again.
After all of that, they suddenly sent me this message:
“We're writing to inform you that, following a review of your account, Lucid Trading has determined that your account is in violation of our Terms of Service and is being closed.
As a result of this review, your account has been permanently disabled and any pending payout requests will not be processed.”
No clear explanation.
No proof.
No evidence of any violation.
Just a generic accusation after I had already been approved for payouts and after they claimed the money had already been sent.
This raises a serious concern:
If you become profitable, they can simply accuse you of violating the rules without transparency or justification and refuse to pay you.
The most concerning part is that the 3 payouts they explicitly marked as “sent” still have never arrived in my account.
I still expect Lucid Trading to honor the payouts they already approved and confirmed as sent.

Very disappointing experience with this company. I messaged support three separate times and never received a response. Poor communication and terrible customer service overall.
Unresolved Account Breach Concern
I want to share my recent experience regarding a breached funded account with Lucid Trading and ask whether other traders have faced similar issues.
My account was breached after several large market orders were executed through a TradingView-connected setup. I disputed specific trades because I do not recognize them as manually executed from my side.
I contacted support multiple times and requested:
login IP/device information
execution source clarification
webhook/API/copier verification
connected source details
However, the support team stated that they could not provide the requested device/IP information
i don't know why?
The support team confirmed that:
the trades were treated as valid market orders
no platform-wide issue was detected
the account breach decision would stand
From my perspective, the matter remains unresolved because I was unable to verify how the disputed executions were triggered or whether any connected source or automation was involved.
I am sharing this experience publicly so other traders using TradingView integrations, webhooks, automation, or connected trading setups can carefully review their own account security and execution settings.
If anyone has experienced similar unexpected executions or has technical insight into TradingView-connected order activity, I would appreciate professional feedback.

Horrible
Horrible, I had trust with this platform for a while, I even consider them as one of the best, until they decide to cancel my account without any notice.
I regret I didn't listen to my bank.

They have breached my account but it their technical fault and not reset my account at may 27, on 22:16:39 price never goes on 4441.2 on any rithmic platform but they executed my 30 micro lot of gold at 4441.2 while price was on 4452, it happens in 1 millisecond and my account breach but they do not accepting it and not resetting my account, my account number is LFE050-2X685FRN-TEST010, Ashok Kumar,
Very bad customer support
Very bad customer support, they have breached my account wrongly, I have opened 30 micro lot of gold at 22:16:39 at 27 may, but immediately my account breached with 3706$ loss within 1 millisecond, order opening and closing time same 22:16:39, and gold price move in my direction at that time it should be profitable but it close my trade in loss. When I contact at support to give back my account they say that it's tradesea fault not our fault and doesn't reset my account LFE050-2X685FRN-TEST010, Ashok Kumar

So far, so good ...
I like Lucid for it´s great combination of price, ease of use, trader-friendly rules, and for it´s payment options.
Very poor technical support and unresolved account issue
I had a serious technical issue with my Lucid Trading account/platform. I was unable to close an open position — when I tried to close the trade, nothing happened and the position remained open. Because of this, I requested an account reset, as I believe the loss was caused by a platform-side issue.
I contacted support immediately, but no real help was provided. After a long wait, I was only told that the issue had been forwarded to the technical team. Later, someone from the “specialist team” joined the conversation, but they only introduced themselves and did not actually solve anything, even though all the necessary information had already been provided.
Because of this issue, I was unable to trade properly the next day as well. The whole support experience felt slow, chaotic, and without any clear resolution. When a trader has a problem with an open position or account access, I would expect fast and concrete support — not more than 24 hours of waiting without a solution.
In my opinion, this was a very poor experience. Technical issues can happen, but support must be able to react quickly when real money or an account status is affected. In this case, I felt like my problem was not being taken seriously.

For context I have a good internet and use a wired Ethernet cable. I go to copy trade 4 lucid 150k’s and Tradesea freezes on me with the first trade I take. Can’t place a stop loss can’t exit the trade. So I close out Tradesea and restarted it. I see that I’m down in my account so I close the trade. I took some more trades to bring my account back into profit. 5 min go by nd I see that 2 of my fundeds are blown and they never exited the first trade. Lucid tells me I violated their hedging policy. With no advice or help on how to avoid this happening in the future. Nd on top of all that my wife used her debit card to purchase me an eval after blowing an account they suspended and told me I was banned nd then they lifted it all in the same day. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a prop firm since I’ve started trading them

Came from trading with apex for a couple of years. Lucid is the best prop firm on my opinion. Easiest payout rules. I am profitable on lucid with in the first 3 months trading with them.
Lucid is top of the Prop…
Lucid now sit on the top of the Props.
Simplistic in its brilliance .
My experience with Lucid Trading has…
My experience with Lucid Trading has been disappointing. The commissions are excessively high, which significantly impacts profitability. On top of that, I experienced losses even when using a break-even stop loss strategy, which raises concerns about execution and trading conditions.
What frustrated me the most was the lack of support and understanding from customer service. Instead of trying to help or investigate the issues properly, their responses felt dismissive and lacking empathy.
I expected much better transparency, support, and fairer trading conditions.
