Dont ever get scammed by the discounts and buy the challenge. I couldnt get my payout after so long and the support team didnt even look at the issue properly. They just blamed me for the issue. I wont recomment this prop. Full of scammers!

I really liked Lucid until Cynthia. I am furious after being a customer for months. I have never violated a rule until I did so by accident today. I had a new funded account, spent all day and night bringing it up to 1,126 profit. I mistakenly did not realize I had an opposing order on a different account later in the day so when I realized, I checked to see if it was still on or not. It was not. 98% of my profits were made outside of the supposed violation window. I had the funds wiped according to the rules. Well when I sent a ticket in for this, "Cynthia" gave me a rehearsed reply and immediately closed my ticket even though I specifically asked for a conversation. She did this twice. Then she totally failed my account. I cannot believe the lack of humanness from this "customer service rep". Awful. I have spent thousands at Lucid. Now I will never use you again. Absolutely terrible customer service and even though I had made 98% of the profits of the day outside that window, she failed my account anyway, even though it was still active and I could trade it. She didn't like that I gave her a bad review. It was revenge. Disgusting.

Great company for sim funded trading. But they dropped from 5 to 4 stars for now with the way this Lucid Maxx status has been introduced. Never can trade sim funded again, which is fine, but the wait is incredibly long for live account activations and with cooldown periods in between, the chance for profitability is significantly reduced unless if you have a great run initially above your MLL to create a buffer.

Although the platform initially appeared professional and reliable, I quickly encountered several issues that made using it stressful and frustrating. Customer support was slow to respond, and when I did receive replies, the guidance provided was vague and often unhelpful in resolving account, trading, or withdrawal concerns.

My new favorite prop firm. Their customer service goes above and beyond and payouts are super fast, sometimes literally seconds for a payout. The dashboard is awesome as well, best looking and presents all the info you need in a good way.

Theyre running Ponzi schemes when i received first payout my account was locked took a week to get back, then they liquidated 2 accounts while i was sleep and then showed how trash they really where when i reported there system error they was rude seemed like a very repetitious thing for them. This is your Real one warning. P.s the green reviews are bots

i was very thrilled when they moved me to a funded account i managed to obtain a small payout
it took less than a day to see the money in my paypal account for which im very grateful to receive

Very impressive, I’ve had 3 payouts now and all been instant no issue. I like that the portal updates instantly during the trading day. The only thing I didn’t like was using the adp workmarket system so I got paid out direct to my crypto account which was so much better a nice to have both options. I did have a query once and it was resolved very quick also.

Beware your total profit will be removed going from funded to live with balance of $0 to begin trading live. Not worth it

Lucid reset my pro account when I'm about to withraw my 2nd payout of $2,500.

The reason: "Cross-user copy trading activity was identified between your account and another linked user."

That user is my wife. And ofcourse if I find a good set up I will tell her. You guys reset her pro account as well with only one win left before her 1st payout!

You lost 2 traders. Topstep is better because they pay traders not unlike you guys. You didn't even ask us. You just reset both of our pro accounts. That's ridiculous!

Fastest payout processing ive ever experienced with a prop firm. They really make it easy to go from eval to funded to payout. Competitive pricing and very good support also.

The payout is so unfriendly, EITHER workmarket or crypto, if you choose crypto payout, the actual amount you will be receiving is 890 when you request a payout of 1000,we should be receiving atleast 899USDT the crypto transaction fee is so expensive.Other prop firm provide a better payout environment . Rise work is a good option, but just not an option provided in Lucid
