I enlisted the support of Lucie to help me better understand my career ambitions and goals following a recommendation. Across five sessions Lucie helped me do this through helping me to better understand myself with the support of tools, techniques and templates. I was able to better understand my strengths, career requirements and how to improve my personal brand. Lucie's support was extremely practical and easy to engage with and she helped make me accountable throughout this process. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for support in their career.

Finished a coaching programme with Lucie which included discovering and better understanding my strengths as well as thinking differently by using virtual reality. I needed to shake things up in my career after a significant promotion and really needed support in that transition in the last few months and I needed something different, not the typical coaching experience. That’s what I got with Lucie, maybe surprisingly I found the VR quite relaxing to think about my problems and find solutions. Lucie was great at facilitating those conversations and grateful that we could speak a mix of English and French because at times I found it easier to express myself in my native language. I hope I’ll work more with Lucie in the future, I really liked the way she thinks and how she made me think. I have already recommended her to my colleagues in my organisation. Merci beaucoup Lucie!

I was really happy to meet Lucie at the right moment of my life this year! She is a open, warm, supportive and curious coach. She helped me not only to understand my professional abilities better but also think deeply about what I am doing as a specialist. Especially, I liked our conversation about values, which was very insightful and showed me importance of some things that I wasnt pressing enough attention before.

I had 4 coaching sessions with Lucie in the past few months and I really enjoyed the sessions. Lucie is very genuine, professional, and structured in her coaching approach. She always creates an open space to explore my thoughts and emotions by listening carefully and also asking the right questions. Lucie was my first ever mentor as a newly certified coach & it wouldn't have had it any other way. She showed me how to better balance my strengths & weaknesses to serve me better.
