Unprofessional
Many things went wrong with my order and they have admitted the problems.
The most weird, misleading and unfair practice is their voucher system. If you have 15€ voucher, the value of the voucher is divided between the number of products in your order. So if you have two items, Lucie Kaas gives 7,5€ discount per item. That's fine if they deliver everything in the order. BUT if they can't do that (because of the product availibility, error on their website) and only sent you 1 item, you will loose half of the value of your voucher. When you point out the unfair practice, they only say "but our system does it automatically".
Worst of all was their attitude: telling a customer that they need to do profit with their business and blaming a customer who asks after customer rights and misleading practices. If they are professionals, they need to make sure beforehand that they make enough profit.
Instead taking the full responsibility, they think they can skip the EU regulations about customer rights and misleading practices when they write on their terms site "Lucie Kaas cannot guarantee that the content of the website is free from errors or mistakes. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that all product information is up to date, including product availability.”
Something positive at the end: they ship very fast and also refund was fast. Unfortunately it does't save the face of Lucie Kaas, when the attitude is what it is.
