Hi Ionut
I am sorry to hear that you have received a product that does not live up to expectations - I hope that the rest of the products in your order were as they should be
Customer satisfaction is always first when shopping with Lucky-hunter.com, but of course mistakes can happen. For example, our warehouseman did not notice that there were stains on the bag
However, I would have hoped that you had written to us first and had your product exchanged, as a completely normal complaint. Of course, we always exchange products if they do not meet the expected standard
I will contact you by email and send you a list of solutions we can offer you, to get everything in order
We hope that we will still see you another time for a 5 star experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Best regards
