Fantastic service and lovely jacket. Ben advised on sizing for me and made sure I received the jacket on time for when I needed it, going beyond the normal customer service.

Just received the RT P44 Monkey pants..really pleased with them..great quality and speedy delivery thank you..any chance they will be coming in chino colour and dark blue as well as I love them..I’ve had the Breton top from you as well and equally happy with that..keep up the good line boys 👍🙌

After waiting for four days with no shipping notification I sent an email stating

"I haven’t even been notified of shipping from you yet.

Safe to say I won’t be buying from you again. You’re not offering anything particularly special to warrant this much delay over competitors. I would sort your logistics out before advertising so heavily."

The customer service rep who I suspect is also the business owner proceded to write back that I was being disgusting and "I very much highly doubt you would ever speak to me like that in person." - a thinly veiled violent threat.

Don't order from this company unless you are prepared for severely unprofessional service. I merely stated facts and he seemed to fly into a rage.

Don't mind admitting I had a moment of panic after placing my order, thinking how could it be a decent product at the price. I shouldn't have worried. I did contact customer services prior to arrival to check the returns policy, but when the jacket arrived I was over the moon with it. Really nice design, good details and made of heavyweight cotton, just as it should be. My experience has been 10/10 and will happily purchase again

Cheap tat.. the Chasser Jacket is available for less than half the price on both Ebay & DHGate…the label isn’t “lucky Beau” it’s “Uncle Fu” search that and you’ll find the exact same jacket.. it’s too short, strange fit/cut and has visible white fabric on the back….

Lucky Beau appear to stock loads of Chinese made drop shipping items, then mark it up for 4 times the price…

Chased 3 times to return an item. Client support none existent. Now looking as though i'll lose my money as the returns deadline is about to expire. Poor experience.

Just bought the Chasseur jacket from Luckybeau.Very happy with the quality but had a slight issue.Customer care were right on it and sorted it.Great customer service and a great jacket.

I checked the company out on Trust Pilot having seen their clothing on Instagram. Great reviews so I gave it a whirl and bought the Chasseur jacket. I'm female, 5 foot 1" and the fit was great (just folded the cuffs over).
Great quality material, strong stitching, unusual colour, just that bit different in style. I've had compliments and already sent the company info to one friend, also female. There's a market for you there, Lucky Beau.
This could sound like a scam review but be reassured it is not; I just believe in praising a company where praise is due.

Really great quality clothes, so glad I read the trust pilot reviews. The parcel arrived with one item missing so I emailed them immediately and I got an instant reply saying that the item hadn’t been added to the parcel and they refunded half the cost of the jacket and said it will still be sent to me. The clothes are lovely and better than they look on the advert!

I never, ever. buy anything from an advert on Facebook; too worried that it`s a scam. But the Chasseur jacket looked too good for the price to not give it a go. It turned up very quickly, but sadly was a little too small. I really liked it so I emailed them and they came back straight away to say "not to worry - we`ll send you a larger size and if you want to keep one then just return the other". They didn`t even request I pay for the 2nd one before they sent it. Now to me, that is fantastic service. The 2nd one arrived yesterday and it is perfect, really well tailored and the colour is true to the image. They don`t stock much stuff, but clearly that`s because they are careful in selecting their products. I`m hard to impress, but I am very impressed with the product and especially the service and will definitely be shopping with them again shortly. The slammer tee in apricot is already on my list; the great thing is, you won`t walk down the street and pass someone wearing the same.

I purchased a jacket but needed next size up,initially thought this is gunna take ages to return and also I’d need to by the bigger size then await refund,but no!

I emailed them and they got right back to me,said they would exchange it.
I got the bigger size only a few days later.

Ok, at first it appears that they might be scammers. And the stuff comes from China, but it arrives quite quickly.

I took a chance when I ordered. Lo and behold, though pricey, the clothes are well made, stylish even. So much so I've ordered other bits and pieces, and found them to be just as good.

Just one word of warning: the sizes of different garments vary wildly. I'm a medium/large usually, but in some of their tops I need an XL, in others it can be XXL. Be careful therefore, because I don't reckon the returns and refund situations are necessarily simple.

I'm deducting a star because of that. Other than this, though, I'm very pleased with my purchases, and would recommend them.

I'm upgrading my rating from 4 stars to five stars. Thanks to Jack, a staffer in the UK, exchanges are a breeze, and, best of all, very speedy.
