Sold me a Jagex account with an ironman attached, then a month later the JAGEX account gets disabled completely out the blue. If it was anything to do with the character then the character would have been banned but instead its the jagex account that came attached to the character. Tried talking to Graff about this but he claims it is my own fault. but once again, if i was botting or rwt or whatever it could be then the CHARACTER would have been banned not have the jagex account disabled. No refunds or compensation offered. Awful business practice and WOULD NOT recommend anyone use this company.

Scammers waited for 14 hours for a payment they advertised as 30mins. They don’t contact you if an issue they just leave it waiting for you to response.

Won’t refund anything if there is issue
Don’t use them all reviews are fake they are scammers.

Response to your message is all complete lies. You told me you can’t do revlout payment and can do ukbt payment instead I send my information then you started asking for my date of birth what you don’t need to send money you asked for my bank information for no reason. I then asked for refund you said no then I said PayPal you said PayPal will take over 2 hours even tho I’ve waited over 14 hours.

You guys have the worst service I have ever used.
