We thank you for raising this with us. We're aware of this & looking into it as we speak. Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately a little bug here & there can often sprout when we're expanding our games library & deploying more improvements to the platform.
Once again thank you for your patience & we do hope to see you back!

Hi Patrick,
We are sorry to see you feel this way. Our Return-To-Player rates are perhaps the highest in the industry. Also all our games operate with legally certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) so every spin is completely independent and random. We have zero control over this. We've got loads of bonuses & promotions, please do take advantage of them. Our online live customer service team will help you if you're unsure if you are! We've got such a vast library of games & new ones just released... it would be a shame you cannot take advantage of these!
We thank you for giving us a chance & would be great to see you again!
Sincerely

Hi Veronique,
We're happy to see 4 stars! It shows our instant payment methods, amazing promotions, super helpful customer service, super smooth user experience & vast game selection have an effect. But it seems our game selection is not vast enough! We're constantly working to expand it & our customer service would be keen to hear what games you'd like. Also keep in mind not all game providers have made their library available to Canada. You might have played on unlicensed sites (which are extremely unsafe for your cards & you've got zero legal recourse if you win a jackpot or want to reduce your gambling) you might be a few extra providers (which choose to not obey player fairness laws).
We thank you for choosing us & look forward to welcoming you once again!

Dear Gary,
We wouldn't be able to discuss this here as we don't discuss player accounts in public forums like this. I've raise this case with the relevant team so they'll look into it. Our teams constantly review players accounts for bonuses we can grant! In the meantime I'd like to suggest checking out our promotions & bonuses section. Loads going on! Stuff to help you discover new games in our vast library of games!
We do look forward to welcoming you once again!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We understand that periods where the results simply aren't going your way can be disappointing. Gambling naturally involves both winning and losing sessions, and unfortunately, positive outcomes can never be guaranteed.
While we can't influence the outcome of the games, we'd genuinely welcome any additional feedback about the areas of your experience that we can directly influence — whether that's our game selection and availability, payment and withdrawal experience, promotions, customer service, or the site itself.
If there's anything in particular you feel we could be doing better, we'd be very interested to hear it.
Thank you again for sharing your experience with us.
Sincerely
