I just wish I had read the reviews before registering. I am going through the same withdrawal issues. First they asked me a picture of the bank card I used to deposit and I provided it. They had my DL, utility bill and bank card , all in my name. Yet in the morning, I got an email asking me a bank statement. I also provided the bank statement in the morning but I am still waiting for my winnings.

Worst Evolution Gaming Blackjack Fake Bot Players
I am a blackjack player. They only have £5 tables for the worst type of blackjack which is speed blackjack. This is the absolute worst game in BJ and especially because these three tables are filled with card counting bots, that come in and out at the worst time with three seats to cause a loss. All the other tables are £15 to £50, which on other casino sites are £5 and £10 max. Also, if you withdraw successfully, they add your profile username so that bots follow you around on tables to force losses. Never play on this casino or any of their other sites 7bet and Betnero. Stay well away. They are cons. I lost £400 over two months and now I closed the account permanently. You can see examples of bots when you search on YouTube for "evolution gaming blackjack bots".

Miss leading sign up offer. While signing up the website said "place a £10 bet and get a £20 free bet" that is all it said. After placing the qualifying bet i then find out it is a 4 fold ACCA. Customer support refuse to do anything about it and say i should have checked the terms and conditions but admit themselves that there is no link provided on the advertising banner, they are also refusing to log my complaint and escalate it to the UK gambling comission as they feel "there is nothing wrong ontheir side" customer support also refuse to connect me with a manager. Can be really slow when making deposits. It sometimes seems like the deposit failed, so you try again and next thing you know, both deposits end up in your account.
First, I did this with £20. 5 minutes later, £40 is in my account. I withdrew £20, my first ever withdrawal, and it was back in my bank within minutes
THEN..I won £1300. Needless to say, withdrawing that was a lot more problematic. Had to provide a ridiculous amount of ID, and the process took days, but to be fair they eventually did pay out
A good selection of games but be prepared for a fight should you actually win a decent amount. I've since closed my account with them
