I went searching for a positive betting…

I went searching for a positive betting company online which offer large odds and 1st deposit bonus/freebet. I then went ahead to register and filled in all verification requirements as expected. So to trigger the freebet, one needs to deposit #8,200 above; in which I deposited #9,000. To my surprise, I saw that nothing was actually given. And they've been ignoring my messages and emails to apply the promo code as expected. They are scams

Fraud and deception

They told me there was a bonus on the first deposit, but when I made the deposit I didn't receive anything; it was just a trick to get me to deposit.

ID(1324991223) This casino is purposely delaying the verification process! Cause they most likely don’t want to pay! I have been on this verification for so long! They just keep asking for more and more documents and personal data! Its just never ending! My experience here is so bad!
I need resolution and i need my withdrawal paid! I will edit my review once its been resolved.
