If i could give this casino 0 stars i would. My redmeption request was submitted 1/24 it went from pending to pending/processing and it was locked so i could not cancel it. I was told the same story for 3 days thst they were escalating to their financial department and they would update me. Same story same scprit for 3 days mind you at least a dozen of other people went through the same thing, EXCPET theirs was cancelled and then was able to resubmit and got their money even people AFTER me got their money. They don't update you on anything, then was told to submit my request one more time.But this time, I also had to send a copy of my bank statement and debit card.Which mind you, you do that when you want to request your redemption. And of course, i'm back in the same status process, pending, in its lock.I can't cancel it and i'm being told the same exact story as I was told the last three days.
