This casino is a total scam! I never in all my time playing on casinos have had to deal with something like this. First they wouldn’t let me do my 170$ redemption through a debit card. I had to talk to them on facebook, who does that??? Then they tell me to go on rocketramp which I’ve never heard of and they will send my money on there. Well I did and guess what, that was two months ago and I still don’t have the money! I can’t withdrawal on rocketramp my account has been in review for two months with no end on site. I have asked them to please take the money back from rocketramp and pay me properly and all I get is excuses its beyond stupid. I never had a problem with this casino until now. It’s my money and I should be paid!

I signed up and done my account verification ASAP bc I have learned to ALWAYS get my account verified before purchasing anything because I have been burned before.
So I sign up….they VERIFY my account. I purchase 2-3 coin packs right after signing up&played with SC no problem, but then less than a week later I purchased another coin pack (spent almost $25), which thank God it wasn’t more, but it’s still MY MONEY!!!
Well AFTER purchasing the coin pack (which by the way was SHOWING that I WOULD RECEIVE however many SC COINS) all that was available for me to play with were the GC!!!
I contacted support and they informed me that my state (TN) was “restricted” and SC play wasn’t available to me(although I was able to play with SC a few days prior upon signing up), so I asked for a refund on my LAST purchase.
They “said” that they would give me a refund, but it has been OVER A WEEK AND I HAVE NOT GOTTEN A REFUND!!!!!
It literally should only take MAYBE until the next business day to show back up into my account!!!
I WANT MY FULL REFUND ASAP!!!!!
Actually I SHOULD dispute ALL the purchases I made here because obviously I wouldn’t have been able to cash out had I won anything, even tho my account was VERIFIED!!
