Fantastic service. Always a driver around within 5 minutes. Cheap as always.

Most of the drivers are polite some are miserable some are on their talking to someone during all the trip which can be received has rude some say im just on the phone is that ok but wot wud they do if u said no its not. Most of the drivers ask which way u want go some don't even bother n just go the way they want so they get more money but overall not a bad company

Very easy to book a taxi on the app. A driver arrived within 3 minutes. He was polite and even got out the car to help me put my shopping trolley in the boot.

Joke of a taxi company. Pre-book a taxi. Doesn't show up. So phone and say they looking for a driver. No ETA. Avoid and look elsewhere

Mohammed Yousaf, vehicle registration BG15 EVW (Red Skoda Octavia) drove off with my goods and lied about it. I want to be clear that I understand mistakes can happen. If the driver had acknowledged the situation and returned the item at a later time, I would have accepted that as an honest error. However, what I find deeply concerning is the denial of the incident. If you’re in Stoke-On-Trent beware
