Unreliable. I've given 2 stars because my first ever lucky seven taxi driver who was very nice, polite, helpful and on time. I give zero (0) stars for my return taxi of which I was told a 5-10min wait, but did not show after 20 mins late at night in the dark freezing cold weather. I was a solo female not feeling safe and so I started to walk home. 25 mins later the taxi driver called to say he had arrived. I explained, twice over, that I had started to walk due to not feeling safe and gave my location which was not to far away, asking the taxi driver to come pick me up from the nearby gas station. The driver did not want to do this and so I walked home for one hour, arriving home 30 mins past midnight. A highly unsafe, unreliable service of which I do not recommend for the safety and wellbeing of others.

Booked and paid for a taxi online that never came and never got my money back . Rang to complain and just given we dont care excuses . A few days later Pre booked a taxi for 7.05 am , at 10 past they allocate a driver ...that was 10 minutes away . 20 mins Late for work and they just say yeah we were busy , well then say that dont accept the booking and cause us to be late for work costing us money just so you can make pennies . Thieves

good day I am giving my experience which I am giving seven lucky and their employees are disrespectful there was an incident a taxi driver stole a backpack where to this day I have it reported to the police stoke on trent how can an employee and a taxi driver Pakistan employee dared to steal my brother's bag I have it reported to the police seven lucky they are not good company and recommended that customers be careful because they steal things and do not have good security they are reluctant and stubborn taxi drivers Pakistani do not show respect at all they are stubborn thieves I recommend you be sober !!! this case is being handled and is being handled by the police stoke on trent the payment was paid the taxi driver lied and stolen me he stole my brother's backpack where he had a pc wallet things and a phone ZTE farna green new phone!. the police have already started a real prosecution you can be ashamed seven luck I not happy 😡

It’s an exciting experience because Lucky seven makes it easier for me. I need not worry about time or place, all I need to do is to just pre book, and when it’s time the taxi comes and pick me up

Today when I tried to book for my son's school none of the drivers are taking the trip and even after 5 minutes Lucky seven doesn't bother to allocate a taxi for me, very very horrible experience. I am booking daily to and fro to work at night and when I need a taxi for my little one's school they don't even bother to allocate a taxi for me. Worst and horrible experience show by Lucky seven towards a regular customer.

The company is doing great, a few issues with the app freezing but that's technology and some drivers are rude but when speaking to the base this was resolved fairly quick.

They're swift and reliable. The company has good drivers and ww feel safe when we travel

I have used lucky 7 for 20 plus years always friendly helpful drivers I wouldn't use anyone else I get about 20 taxis aweek I never have to wait long for a taxi 😊
