Won't pay out my winnings
: Two failed payouts and false payment claim – still no €500
I would strongly advise caution with Lucky Start Casino.
I won €500 and requested a withdrawal over a month ago. I was then told the payment had been processed — however, I never received the funds.
I was asked to provide bank statements to prove this, which I did. The casino then re-credited the €500 to my account and told me to withdraw again.
I submitted a second withdrawal, and it has now been over 10 days with no payment or clear explanation.
So to summarise:
I was told a payment was sent when it was not
I had to prove non-payment with bank statements
Funds were returned and withdrawn again
Second withdrawal is now also delayed
This is now two failed payout attempts with no resolution.
Unless this is resolved immediately, I will be escalating the issue further with my payment provider and continuing to share my experience publicly.
I would appreciate a clear response and confirmation of when I will receive my €500.
have now provided bank statements multiple times, including specific dates requested. Despite this, they continue to delay the payout and request repeated verification.
My payment provider has now reviewed the case, and despite the casino claiming payment was ‘finalized’, no transaction ID or proof has ever been provided. The casino has now stopped responding entirely.”
