I were a VIP player near this casino, but suddenly it were all over, I got level 8, but till now , I don,t know why , I believe that I won to much. But the exact reason till now, not given through this Costa Rica casino. I have close my account, because I became no cashbacks, no bonuses and no CRP points anymore. And to win seems impossible anymore. So , this is not a real trustworthy casino into my eyes.

Don't waste your money

I previously wrote a glowing review for this site and at the time was correct but now they have changed and decided to wipe all my VIP points from the loyalty programme stating that they reset every 3 months. I have been playing on this site for 6 months and never had this happened before so clearly just brought this in and thousands spent just to have them wiped is disgusting and safe to say I will not be playing on this site again.

Unable to withdraw

Have deposited a few times, trying to withdraw is hard work. At first I thought it was because I wasn’t verified but each time I’ve had to provide new documents which I’ve done, anyway they have been verified and I have had the withdrawals on 2 different accounts.
Trying to withdraw to either of those accounts now keep getting rejected with no reason as to why. VIP manager and support are no help. I keep getting told to use an alternative banking method however how many more accounts can I use. I don’t have crypto so no idea what I’m supposed to do.. avoid if you want to withdraw

I won 96 pounds and uploaded my documents by screenshot as it says you can, but they are refusing to pay out saying that I can't screenshot bank statements with my address on it but can take a photo! It's just excuse after excuse not to give me my money, absolute scammers!

Don't be fooled by the crooks.
Ive accumulated thousands however they still have not paid out. Avoid at all cost. With your bank details saved they have took cash without consent or my approval and when depositing they take out extra fee quid example depositing £100 they took £123. Absolute cheats and would seriously reporting them to the gambelling commission.

Don’t bother, poor win rate and poor customer service .
Slow to verify documents, no communication advising what’s needed to be verified. Quick to offer assistance if a deposit didn’t work, ‘not authorised’ to offer solutions to customer issues, Complaints are delayed and deflected

Played a lot of money

Played a lot of money. Nothing back. Verification not working, although they said it’s fine without and guaranteed I can withdraw money when I want. Now I deposited £200 which game right out my bank but has no shown up in site. Contacted customer service who told me it’s pending and can take up to a week to show.

Continued playing and love it

Left a review previously however I have had such good interactions with the staff in the site and I have kept playing as I think the experience as a whole is great. I’m just waiting on a withdrawal to come out then I can give 5 stars but this is as good as it gets to be fair, solid site and they have good customer service

Not impressed tbh

Not impressed tbh! Instant deposit, games were very old outdated! Says you can withdraw to debit card instant, but only offers bank transfer when you click it, have emailed support team 5hours ago with no reply! So hopefully I get my money but ain’t looking good in my opinion, will change review if they make a drastic turn! But I doubt it!
