Isulu trading as both LucyAlice and SuitsMen is simply a company who trades on other people's products. A middleman. The products I ordered came from someone else and took 8 days to arrive... presumably whilst they placed orders on the other business for a profit. Not entirely sure. I've returned them all with the exception of 1 top and at a value of £517, a week later I'm still waiting for any confirmation of receipt and any notification of refund. I did make contact prior to return because the return label and the return note didn't match. On the return note it stated 'FREEPOST' with a freepost number, but on the return label it didn't. So I reached out to Elizabeth, assume the owner since companies house shows only 3 employees, and she advised that they don't pay for postage but did arrange for Parcelforce to collect and sent me a prepaid returns label. I'm all in favour of small businesses and will always try to support but the service falls very much short of what might be expected as a minimum. The products were average quality for the price and the sizing was all over the place. I sized up on my order in case they came in a little small but even with that the jackets only just fit but I couldn't even get the trousers to meet never mind fasten and the shirts didn't button. Now I'd really like my refund please. I gave 1 star because Elizabeth arranged for the prepaid collection. I wholly expect that not to happen in the future so definitely won't shop with them again. I have received, returned and had refunds and replacements from another retailer in less than the time this has taken and with significantly less effort!
