I would give 0 stars if I could. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Do not order from them. Made my order received confirmation but not tracking info or estimated time of delivery. Contacted customer service multiple times got one response saying they would get back to me. That was over a month ago. No refund and my product never arrived. SCAMMERS!!!

Terrible product. Tried to return. Impossible. Do not do business with this company.

Don't buy...just dont...you don't get what you want...they overcharged me $200 plus dollars and had to send refunds then send the wrong color and now when I write them I get crickets...run!!!

Terrible customer service! False advertisement paid for human hair halo and received synthetic! They told me it was human hair and nothing else was done. I am a hairdresser I know what human hair smells like, and feels like this wasn't even like ethnic hair!! The shade is way off, orange when I ordered platinum. I am not happy with the product at all, I in my opinion got ripped off!! Synthetic halo is $42 I paid extra for human hair $160 something!!! I was robbed!! They think I am an idiot!

Don't even waste your money. Poor quality. Got my halo extension I wasn't happy with the quality. Asked for a refund which is clearly stated on their site. Apparently they take $20 restocking fee and shipping to China at your cost which is quiet expensive.
So what's the point. Complete scam!

The glue is heat activated, very easy to apply, and long lasting.

These lashes do not stick as advertised. I tried to return them and was told I had to ship them back to CHINA before they would credit me. The cost to ship it to China was over $40!

I bought two pairs of these lashes one lash from each pair the adhesive got stuck to the container and ripped off of the lash therefore I couldn't use neither set never even got to put them on absolutely worthless do not buy these

I am absolutely terrible at styling hair or utilizing any hair modalities beyond the complexity of a flat iron. (In my reviews I didn’t even bother to try to curl my hair. It is still flat ironed from last night.) Nevertheless, when I put the headband in it blends in really easily.
