STAY CLEAR of this company. Dress material is so cheap and do not look at all as advertised. They also refuse to give a refund although it states on the website 28 day return.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY with this company. Deadline Chinese.

You can not get a refund, they will make every excuse possible not to refund you and then they ghost you!

Absolutely dreadful misleading company. Ordered a dress for special occasion as thought it was based in London. In fact the dress was from China. Took over 4 weeks to arrive. The dress was not the Uk size and I tried to email asking how to return and get a replacement dress. After numerous emails I eventually got a reply apologising and would I like a replacement dress. I requested a replacement dress and they informed me I had to pay the shipping costs. They didn’t mention the cost and I had to send another email. After few more days they sent an email saying cost around £15/-. I replied saying to proceed with the replacement dress. After few days I received an email informing the returns policy had expired the 14 days. It certainly was within the 14 days and they were using delay tactics. I informed them this. Three days later got an email saying they have reviewed the case and still insist that it’s not within the returns policy/terms and cannot refund or replace and the decision was final and closing the case.
Not happy with how they treat customers.
Would advise to avoid this company. Wish I had.

Dreadful company, I bought a dress which on receipt proved to be shoddy and undersized. When I requested a refund, they entered into a series of offers allowing me to keep the item with a refund ranging from 20% to 35%. When I insisted the garment was of no use to me and I required a 100% refund, I was told my request had now breached their 14-day return window and all offers were withdrawn. Give this company a very wide berth

STEER CLEAR !!Awful company which sends poor poor quality goods and will not under any circumstances issue a refund. They have dragged correspondence on until they say the 14 day period has passed so no refunds or returns!! They sent the wrong colour but refuse to refund, only replace ! Dress NOTHING like advertised, such poor quality. They are just fraudulent scammers!!! Have taken this up with bank as a fraudulent/scam , hopefully positive outcome …..

I ordered 2 dresses got charged for 4. Tried many many time's to make contact, they have never contacted me. The 4 dresses arrived, they are awful, tried again to return dresses, no communication at all. This company is not helping me at all. I just want to return and get a refund

Absolutely horrendous company. Dress came, faulty not stitched correctly. Have offered me 30% refund, why would I accept that when it can’t be worn. Now not answering my emails. Not going to give up.

I really wished I had read all this before purchasing what a huge scam . Totally awful products that does not fit no way would it go over my shoulders as advertised. They have an amazing marketing structure that sucks you in as you think the products come from London 🙈 still battling a refund

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Although advertising itself as a London based company it is in fact chinese. I ordered a dress from them in my normal size and it is so small I can’t even get it over my hips! Despite the promise of a 30 day money back guarantee if not completely satisfied the most I have been offered is a 50% refund and keep the dress! Why would I do that when I have no hope of ever getting in to it? The whole company is based on untruths and lies. Don’t touch them!,,,

I ordered what I thought was a stunning dress. When the dress arrived it was nothing like the picture on the website, different material, different style, colour wasn’t the same and the quality and finish of the dress was shockingly awful. I have been emailing the company they will not give full refund and want me to pay to return the dress to an address in china before they may consider a 50% refund. Do not use this company if I could give no stars I would.
