I would highly recommend Lucy’s Leads to anyone that is looking for a reliable, caring, knowledgeable and professional dog walking and boarding service. Ralph & Narla absolutely adore Lucy and are always very happy to trot off with her when given the opportunity. Both my pooches have also boarded at Lucy’s house and they are always very well looked after, we are always provided with very regular updates/ photos which is a really nice touch and I look forward to seeing what they have been up to on there walkies.

I'm forever grateful for the day Alfie (my cocker spaniel) and I met Lucy. We were going through some big adjustments to our lives and Lucy was just warm, professional and generally fantastic from the outset.
She was reassuring (and having photos from each walk helped at first and now I just enjoy seeing him with his friends) - and we haven't looked back.

Alfie is a quiet, reserved boy and it's been lovely seeing him build up relationships with Lucy and the team. Lucy makes sure he has his space to do his own thing on his walks and enjoy all the sniffing he wants!! He adores Lucy and the team so much and clearly looks forward to his walks with them.

Lucy always goes the extra mile for her customers, and living a busy life it's so good to know Lucy is so reliable and helpful. I've also seen how much care and attention she puts into recruiting new members of the team which is so important when they are looking after much loved members of our families.

Alfie has always been a good boy, but even his lead walking which was already good has improved under Lucy's teams care and attention.

I've recommended Lucy to so many people already but I thought it's really time I wrote her a review, and said thank you, Lucy!

Lucy’s leads have been amazing for us and our little pocket rocket Jasper! He loves the walks he gets with them and always comes back shattered! He has been walking with them for around 10months. The structure of the walk is perfect for him!

Jasper can be challenging at times and Lucy has always been on hand with any questions we have, giving us helpful and realistic tips. Thank you all so much.

Lucy and her team are absolutely incredible! She has had our Arlo since he was 7 months old and have noticed a massive difference in him! We went to her struggling to walk Arlo on the lead and he is now doing so well. Lucy met up with us before she took Arlo on and talked us through her pack walks, boarding and everything else we needed to know. We book Arlo in with Lucy for boarding as we know he is safe and cared for properly. She has reassured us on all our concerns and really helped us through the puppy stage! We would recommend her to absolutely anyone, best dog walker we could ask for!

Lucy has walked our rottie Mila for the past few months and she is absolutely excellent with her. When Mila first went to Lucy, she needed socialising and an experienced pair of hands. Lucy has worked wonders with her and we couldn’t be happier. Mila also adores Lucy and loves her walks with her and the pack.

Not only this, Lucy is very approachable, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We are so pleased with the experience we’ve had with her so far.

Lucy and her team have been walking my Cavapoo for a year now and she absolutely loves her walks. Lucy is extremely professional and incorporates training into the exciting walks. All of her team are great, friendly and trustworthy, I highly recommend them.

Lucy was recommended to us and I’m so glad she was. Bentley has been to Lucy twice whilst we have gone on holiday, he is a nervous boy so I was a little worried. Lucy and Nic looked after him so well, I got daily updates, pictures and videos I could see he was happy and in safe hands which meant I could relax and enjoy my holiday. Not sure he wanted to come home when we picked him up! 100% recommended.

Lucy and her team have been looking after my boxer dog since she was a puppy and have been amazing with her. They have taught her so many tricks and how to behave properly when out on walks. Couldn't be more happier.

Couldn’t recommend Lucy and her team anymore! I wouldn’t send my dog anywhere else!!! Lucy has been taking care of our baby since she was a puppy and not only has she watched her for us.. she goes above and beyond teaching the dogs how to walk properly on the lead, sit, down, stay (for lovely pack photos) and helps your dog to become an all round sociable dog. Lucy has been a big part in raising our dog to be the wonderful girl she is today. Whenever my dog stays with Lucy we are continuously updated with photos and videos in a group WhatsApp chat that Lucy has created so that we are always put at ease when we are away. Lucy and her wonderful team absolutely go above and beyond. If you’re looking for a place to send your dog.. look no where else other than Lucy Leeds. She’s always there at the end of the phone whenever you need an update.. not only that, we think our dog prefers her time with lucy Leeds and her team more than being at home! 5* +

Lucy and the team have been absolutely amazing since day one and I can’t recommend Lucy’s Leads enough!
Our spaniel/lab cross has been with Lucy since she was 15weeks old. Lucy is so knowledgeable about dog behaviour and training and has supported us massively through puppyhood and adolescence! (I don’t know what we would have done without her advice and encouragement!)
Lucy and Nicola have worked so hard with our pup during pack walks where we have seen such an improvement with her lead walking and focus. We receive daily updates and photos during daycare and boarding, this reassures us and makes us feel included to know what our dog has been up to during the day. Our pup is a high energy breed but with Lucy’s advice and Nicola’s epic long walks we now have a much calmer dog!

Due to a change in circumstances I needed to find a boarder for our two working cocker spaniels. Lucy was recommended to me by another dog walker. After contacting her we got together for a meet and greet - I instantly took to her, she was kind, knowledgeable about all dog breeds and most importantly she loves dogs and treats them all like her own. The dogs had a sleepover before their 2 weeks stay which was great, it was an opportunity for them got to know one another. During the two weeks stay Lucy sent me videos, pictures and gave a daily update of what they had been up to - I felt so reassured that they were in good hands and were having an amazing time. One of my dogs is nervous and reactive, over the 2 weeks Lucy worked on her issues and I’ve noticed a big change in her - Lucy and the gang are miracle workers! Lucy provides a first-class service; I would highly recommend her - she's amazing. I have already booked them in for more boarding with Lucy!

I was looking for somebody to help me with my crazy and new little cockapoo (Bella) last year and my daughter came across Lucy's Leads on social media. As were encouraged by the reviews (and the added bonus of her being local to us) we decided to make contact with Lucy who came to see Bella and was not at all phased by Bella's crazy and mischievious puppy ways! Bella has come on in leaps and bounds due Lucy's patience and understanding of her needs. We have also used Lucy's boarding service (when we went on holiday for one week) and, to summarise, Bella went on holiday too! We did not want to use a kennel service for Bella so were really pleased that Bella could have a 'home from home' whilst we were away. Bella also joins Lucy and her new furry friends on pack walks twice weekly and it makes us so happy knowing she is with Lucy and the other dogs on the days that we are at work all day (with Lucy collecting her and dropping her back to our home). It feels as though Bella goes to 'playgroup' which she absolutely loves. Lucy also sends us photos and videos of Bella's time with her and the other dogs which is so lovely to see and we all look forward to seeing what she gets up to and the fun she has. Overall, Lucy has helped us in making Bella the happy, funny little cockapoo that she is so I would highly recommend Lucy's Leads. My daughter has also used her services and was delighted with how her dog settled in and had the best time whilst with Lucy and the gang!

Murph has been going to Lucy for over a year now. He loves it there and with Nicola also. Murph was a super nervous dog and not great around other dogs but with the patience of the girls he has come on brilliantly. He goes a couple if days a week and whe we are on hols. I never worry as I know he is super well cared for and it is like a home from home.
Murph has become calmer, more responsive to other dogs and us. Miracle worker they are. Truly feel we couldn't have gotten luckier with Lucy and Nicola. Cracking team.

Lucy is absolutely fab with Ralphy. I have seen a massive improvement in his behaviour and recall since he has been walking with Ralphy. Would recommend Lucy’s leads to anyone with a dog!

Lucy and the gang have been taking care of our baby boy, Frank, for over a year now, and while it is a good few miles in the opposite direction to mine and my partners workplace, we won’t have anybody else look after our boy!
As soon as we pull up outside her house, he’s crying at the door to go in and never looks back to us!

They treat him as their own, as they do with all their dogs, and as a stubborn little thing, he’s come on leaps and bounds with his general listening skills and behaviour. Lucy knows his, as well as everyone else’s habits and foibles, and treats them all as individual characters.
We have daily updates of his activities through WhatsApp, and it helps knowing he’s having the best day with all his friends.

Frank has stayed with Lucy while we go away on holiday a few times, and while it’s hard leaving him behind, it’s a whole lot easier knowing he’s having his own little holiday, and being kept super busy every day, finished off with snuggles on the sofa!

Couldn’t ask for a better dog walker, Lucy leads is very trustworthy excellent service, very friendly, professional. Our dogs love going for there walks and wait by the door for Lucy to take them.

I was recommended by a few people to use Lucy for dog boarding. My puppy was only 14 weeks old and I was so nervous to go away for work and leave him for 5 nights. But Lucy and Nicola were just simply amazing. As people they are beautiful souls, and as dog trainers they are brilliant. They were What’s apping me everyday on what he was doing. Sending me photos and videos. His confidence has grown and he’s obviously had great training because he’s listening to all my commands well. Would not use anyone else apart from Lucy and her business. Already going to use her for doggy day care at least once a week because of how much fun he had. They treated Bodhi like he was one of their own babies not just a dog which is what I loved the most.

Wilson started with Lucy at 11 months old, hormonal, dominant and a right handful! Fast forward nearly 18 months and I have a sociable, well rounded boy with excellent manners most of the time.

At the beginning Lucy helped both Wils and I with our training routine and techniques. She worked with both of us to establish a harmonious environment and relationship between Wilson and I. Boundaries were implemented both in daycare and continued at home maintaining continuity and giving Wilson the structure his collie/husky brain needed. Daycare has meant Wilson’s personality has developed immeasurably and he’s a character all of his friends (and their owners) adore! All credit to Lucy!

I love the bond Wilson has with Lucy. The mutual love and respect between the two of them is gorgeous to see and so reassuring when I’m working long hours. Lucy goes above and beyond for him and I know he does for her too!

If you need help not only with training but socialising your dog then Lucy’s Leads is for you. I thoroughly enjoy the updates from pack life in which Wils is an established character for sure! Not only that, Lucy is a great help to any dog owner who is unsure of their training techniques or relationship with their dog. She always gives amazing advice and is so approachable and easy to get along with, she’ll put you at ease straight away.
