CANT BELIEVE I FELL FOR THIS SCAM
I have ordered on 2nd Jun2021 and 3rd Jun 2021 worth $275 for my daughter. They were saying they are refilling the warehouse stock, so its going to take time. Today 12th aug 2021, I see the website is not even available. Where to go? Why FB allows them to place their ad, if they are not legit.
SCAM don't get fooled by them !! 2 months and no order has arrived. I don't even want to give 1 star. They deserve none.
I ordered clothes worth £160, and it’s been a month, I’ve emailed them everyday and yet I haven’t got a reply back. They don’t even have a phone number on their websites. They scammed us and I worked so hard earning that money to buy me traditional clothes for my birthday. Now I cannot even get a refund because they aren’t replying to my emails
This is just a full of scam. This company do not have registered contact number either. They advertise on facebook called lucystream, lydiaella.store, jojolane and reemglos etc but I believe they are fake. I do not understand why Facebook even allow a company to post their ads when they do not have proper address or phone number. I was told to dispatch the orders within 10 days but they do not even respond me properly. They are not refunding my money either. It's a complete disappointment that there is no customer seller relationship.
