Maybe my fault but product not required
Maybe my fault, but the instructions weren't clear and I purchased a license which was for south america. It wasn't any use to me so I bought it elsewhere. I had messaged Ludos first but by time replied I'd already installed other version and their reply that the licence would have been usable in UK. I was unable to return it, so as I'm not able to use it nor want it, I can only leave one star. Instructions need to be clearer.

We believe that the product description clearly states the following: "When activating your key, you may see a region that is different from your region, this does NOT mean something is wrong with the key, and it will work normally in your region."
We are sorry that you missed reading that before purchasing and redeeming other products. The product code can still be used so keep it and redeem it when required.
Unfortunately, we could not accept a return as the code was valid and was already viewed/ accessed by you. We cannot and don't resell pre-owned/ already viewed codes.
We ask if you could kindly amend your scoring as it was not our fault. Thanks in advance.

Buyer beware
I bought anti-virus software. When I put in the product key to McAffee website was asked to chose region all of which were in South America. Because I couldn't see UK I tried again and same thing happened, so didn't trust product and bought it from somewhere else. In meantime raised a return case, and was told could use it in UK although this was actually at bottom of screen. Although I've not used the product and don't need it, return has been refused. The fact that software can't be supplied from my own country sounds dodgy anyway.
The link to the manual also related to gaming consoles not McAfee.

To clarify a few points, McAfee Total Protection codes which we sell work globally. The region may appear differently than UK, but that does not mean it won't work in the UK. We mention this in our product description too which you can consult. You could have contacted us immediately about the issue and we would have pointed that for you. We are so sorry but you did not need to purchase any other code.
Your return request was declined because the valid code was revealed and accessed. We cannot accept a return in this case as we cannot and we don't resell pre-owned or already viewed codes. Otherwise, the return request would have been accepted based on our return policy.
We are not sure about the link to the manual you mentioned. Kindly provide us with the link and we will investigate that. If you are referring to the link to our support page that was in your fulfilment email, the linked page has an Activation guide for McAfee at the bottom of it after the Activation guide for other products.

Fast service and good communication
We ordered licenses and received them promptly. Very clear instructions. Our Ludos website account and PayPal account have different email addresses, as a security measure Ludos shipped the licenses to our PayPal email address. This makes sense as a security measure to prevent fraud. They communicated this to us clearly via email so there were no surprises.
We registered our new license keys flawlessly, it was very easy and straight forward.
