I ordered a 2 ct wedding set 4/7. On 4/10 was sent a tracking number with Fed Ex.
After checking the tracking number, and seeing that my ring was supposedly on the way and then said delivered. Unfortunately, it was not delivered to my address because it was the wrong tracking number. They provided me with someone else’s tracking number when I called FedEx the tracking number did not match my name, I contacted Ludovic. They said they would ship my order straight out and apologized. It is now 4/21 and I have not received a new tracking number, nor have I received my order.

I bought a 2 carat moissanite from Ludovic, the best grade (D) and got an inferior stone. It looked dull a cloudy towards the tip. I thought it was because the stone was in the little case, with a black background. I had a ring made and when I picked it up, I was shocked how dull the moissanite looked. I immediately contacted Ludovic about it and was shocked that no matter what I said, Ludovic tried to say it was my fault by not reporting it right away and then tried to blame the jeweler. Also, I was shocked by the way Ludovic responded to my e-mail, using bad words such as "pissed". That was VERY rude and unprofessional. The Ludovic website lists an address from California that does not exist. Lots of red flags have gone up. I will never buy from Ludovic again.

This company has the lousiest customer service I have encountered. I ordered a $500.00 (discounted) worth ring and even paid for the fast shipping and yet it still took almost 3 weeks to me. When I saw the ring it was very tiny and not what I have expected. I called all their customer service number ,I emailed 3 x and yet I never hear from them up to now. I even send an FB message to them still no reply. I really want to return the ring before the time runs out. But they're not responding. So, I would not recommend this online store for you to shop. Poor service and you will never get your money back. Very disappointing. And I will make it sure to post my comments in every Ludovic Moissanite page I see. Now I truly believed that a product from China , truly sucks as well as their customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and you get stock of the item too.

I ordered a 2ct moissanite oval stone. I received a nice coupon discount. It arrived in about 10 days from China. It is absolutely beautiful. It came with a warranty and the gemologist report on it. I did find that a moissanite stone is a little smaller than a diamond, so I reordered a 3ct oval this time. Can't wait. The color is outstanding.
