Bought couple items, couple days later inventory wiped out.. Hasnt happened to me before only after i used luger.gg

After we selected and completed payment for items showing on the website, they were listed post-sale as Out of Stock. The website has a toggle to "show out of stock items" so it ostensibly has the functionality (and if it doesn't it SHOULD) to determine in real time what items can be purchased. Immediate contact to Support went unanswered for days. Had to contact bank for refund.

TLDR: Took our money for items, and only after payment showed them as out of stock, with no recourse/refund/help. In our case might as well have been a scam.

the order delivery are instant, even when the order is out of stock and the time runs out, they made sure to finish the order, most prices on weapons are really cheap, and how fast most orders are for me, great company would recommend it to others.

So I send a request to the bot then I waited so I can join the bot.The bot left so I unfriended and send a request again but it won't accept and I haven't got my itmes

normally, the delivery is right away and perfect, a five star rating but this time half of my order was with a bot that was offline for about 40 minutes and i couldnt join, and then when i finally was able to join i had to wait in a line of 80 people

I tried buying birthday presents for my son, and the entire experience was a disaster. After purchasing the items, I was told I had to “claim” them. I followed every single step exactly as instructed. The first bot accepted my friend request immediately and only delivered 30 out of the 1,000 items I purchased. When I tried adding the second bot, it never accepted my friend request. I was left waiting for over 12 hours, panicking because I had already paid.

I repeatedly tried contacting your awful “support agents,” and every single one gave me the same useless response: “Be patient.” No one actually helped solve the problem or cared that I was trying to get these as a birthday present for my son.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had. I paid for something and was left stressed, ignored, and without the items I bought. I would not recommend using Luger.gg.

Very trustworthy got my stuff and very good pricing.
